Clinical Effect Of Yishenjiangu Pill In The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Of Primary Osteoporosis

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Acupuncture combined with Yishenjiangu Pill in the treatment of yin deficiency of liver and kidney of Primary Osteoporosis(POP).Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to Doll’s table,each of 30 cases.Both two groups were treated with the routine treatment(calcium carbonate D3 tablets,risedronate sodium tablets).The treatment group were additionally treated with Yishenjiangu Pill.4 weeks were a course of treatment,six courses of continuous medication.The curative effect of Yishenjiangu Pill on this disease was evaluated by comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes、BMD、serum calcium(S-Ca)、serum phosphorus(S-P)、Bone gla protein(BGP)、serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and VAS before and after treatment.Result:1.Curative effect of TCM syndrome:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 89.66% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group.The two groups compared was P<0.05 for clinical significance(Z=-2.104,P=0.035).2.TCM syndrome:TCM syndrome integral was P > 0.05 for no significant difference before the treatment(t=-1.194,P=0.237).The two groups compared was P<0.05 for clinical significance after the treatment.3.Curative effect of BMD:The total effective rate of BMD was 89.66% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group.The two groups compared was P<0.05 for clinical significance(Z=-2.400,P=0.016).4.BMD : Before the treatment,there is no significant difference between two groups in the comparison of BMD(P>0.05).After the end of treatment,the BMD of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two groups indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.Bone metabolic markers:There was no significant difference in serum calcium,serum phosphorus,bone gla proteinand,serum alkaline phosphatase between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,osteocalcin and serum alkaline phosphatase in the two groups were all decreased,with statistical difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between serum phosphorus groups(P>0.05).The comparison of serum calcium,osteocalcin and serum alkaline phosphatasebetween the two groups indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).6.VAS:Before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were compared by t test,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).7.During the treatment,there were 1 case of anorexia in the treatment group,1case of diarrhea and 1 case of anorexia in the control group,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).No toxic and side events occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Effect on Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris was affirmed for Angina pectoris,nitroglycerin stopping rate,TCM syndromes,TG,LDL-C.And the incidence of adverse reactions was low.The study shows that this treatment of stable angina,safe and effective,and can be extended and applied.This study shows that the combination of Yishen Jianggu Pill and western medicine can effectively improve the TCM syndromes,bone mineral density and bone metabolism of patients with primary osteoporosis,and can also reduce pain,and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.At the same time,Yishen Jianggu Pill is safe,effective and easy to carry,which can be further promoted and applied.
