Objective:1.To investigate the relationship between serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)and interferon gamma-inducible protein 10(IP-10)and depression.2.To explore the relationship between childhood trauma, impulsive personality, coping style and depressive disorder.3.Search for the susceptible combination of depressive disorder and construct the structural model of related factors and depressive disorder.Methods:1.A case-control study was conducted to recruit patients with depressive disorder from 2018/5/1 to 2018/12/31 in a third-grade class-A hospital of Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.57 patients with depressive disorder were enrolled in the case group, and 57 healthy adults matched with age were enrolled in the physical examination center of the same hospital as the control group.2.The subjects were investigated by self-designed general demographic questionnaire,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Barrett Impulsive Personality Questionnaire(BSI-11)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ).3.Fasting venous blood was collected and serum levels of C-reactive protein, transforming growth factor-β1 and Interferon-gamma-induced protein 10 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).4.SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Independent sample t test,Mann-Whitney U test,one-way ANOVA test,KruskalWallis H test or chi-square test were used to compare the differences among the groups. To explore the relationship between the risk of depression and various factors by single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between the related factors and the severity of depression. The structural equation of depressive symptoms was constructed and the mediating effect was tested by Bootstrap method.Results:1.There were significant differences in childhood trauma, impulsive personality, positive coping style and negative coping style between depressive disorder group and healthy control group(P < 0.05).2.There was significant difference in serum TGF-β1 concentration between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein and IP-10 concentration between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TGF-β1(OR=0.953,0.919-0.988),emotional abuse(OR=1.915,1.200-3.055),sexual abuse(OR=3.279,1.949-5.332)and negative coping styles(OR=1.164,1.056-1.282)had statistical significance.4.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that TGF-β1(β=-0.137),emotional abuse(β=0.353),unplanned impulsiveness(β=0.322)and negative coping style(β=0.258),emotional abuse * unplanned impulsiveness(β=0.135),P were all less than 0.05.5.Bootstrap test results showed that 95% confidence intervals of indirect and direct effects of negative coping style mediating emotional abuse and depressive symptoms did not intersect with 0.Conclusion:1.Emotional abuse, sexual abuse and negative coping style are risk factors for depression, while serum TGF-β1 is protective factor.2.Emotional abuse, planned impulsiveness and negative coping style can positively predict the severity of depression, while serum TGF-β1 concentration can inversely predict the severity of depression.Unplanned impulses play a regulatory role between emotional abuse and depressive symptoms.3.Negative coping style partially mediates the relationship between emotional abuse and depressive symptoms.
