Objective:Previous retrospective studies have shown that TEAS combined with hCG treatment can improve the pregnancy outcome o f patients with frozen embryo transfer.This study was conducte d by administering TEAS combined with hCG in frozen embryo tran sfer patients to observe the efficacy to explore the possible m echanism of this treatment to improve pregnancy outcomes of fro zen embryo transplantation patients.Methods:Collection of 160 patients with trozen embryo transfe r in the Reproductive Center of the Central Hospital of the Cen tral People’s Liberation Army from April 2017 to April 2018.160 patients with frozen-thawed embryo transfer were randomly div ided into controls Group,TEAS group,hCG group and TEAS and hC G combination group,40 cases in each group.All the included ca ses were treated with FET conventional estrogen and progesteron e replacement therapy,and the control group did not receive an y other treatment;TEAS group was treated with TEAS during the menstrual D6 day of the transplant cycle,and selected acupoint s Guanyuan,Zhongji,uterus,Tianshu,Sanyinjiao Until the tran splant day,once a day,once every 30 minutes,the frequency is 2HZ,the current is 20-25mA;hCG group began to inject a small dose of hCG at the D6 day of the transplant cycle,150u/d,fo r 7 days;TEAS and hCG combined group in the month of the trans plant cycle D6 day,with the addition of small doses of hCG and TEAS Treatment,treatment and time were the same as TEAS and h CG groups.Comparing the endometrial thickness and endometrial type of the patients in each group on the end of the transplant cycle,the uterine artery blood flow PI and RI of each group o n the day before embryo transfer,E2,P in the serum of each gr oup on the day of embryo transfer The level of LIF and the outc ome of each group’s pregnancy.Results:①The endometrial thickness of patients in TEAS group and TEAS combined with hCG group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant dif ference between hCG group and control group.(P>0.05).②There wa s no significant difference in the endometrial types between th e groups(P>0.05),but the number of A+B endometrium in the TEA S and hCG combined group,TEAS group increased compared with th e control group,③The values of PI and RI in the endometrial bl ood flow of the TEAS and hCG combined group and the TEAS group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the hCG gro up and the control group(P>0,05).④There was no significant di fference in serum E2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Th e values of PI and RI in the endometrial blood flow of the TEAS and hCG combined group and the TEAS group was significantly hi gher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the TEAS tr eatment group was used alone,there was no significant differen ce in serum P level between the two groups(P>0.05).⑤Serum LIF levels in the TEAS group,hCG group and TEAS and hCG combined g roup were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum LIF levels between the three groups(P>0.05).⑥There was no signifi cant difference in the number of frozen embryos between the gro ups(P>0.05).The embryo implantation rate of the combined grou p was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical pregna ncy rate between the groups(P>0.05),but the clinical pregnane y rate of the combined group,TEAS group and hCG group was high er than that of the control group.Conclusion:TEAS treatment mainly helps to improve the endomet rial thickness of patients with frozen embryo transfer,reduce the uterine artery blood flow index PI and RI,and improve the serum LIF level of patients.hCG treatment mainly helps to impro ve the serum P and LIF levels of patients with frozen embryo tr ansfer.The combination of TEAS and hCG can help to improve the endometrial thickness of patients with frozen embryo transfer,reduce the uterine artery blood flow index PI and RI,and impro ve the serum P and LIF levels.The embryo implantation rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the co ntrol group,and the pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group,suggesting that the combination of TEAS and hCG can improve the pregnancy outcome of frozen embryo transfer pa tients.It is speculated that the mechanism of action is as foll ows:first,the endometrial receptivity of patients is improved by increasing the thickness of the endometrium,reducing the b lood flow index of the uterine artery,and improving the type o f endometrium;the second is to improve the levels of P and LIF related to pregnancy maintenance in the serum of patients.
