Objective:Infertility is a clinical common disease,more and more pregnant age couple got infertility problems.To solve the infertility disease is conducive to family harmony and social stability.Freezing and thawing embryo transplantation is an important treatment of infertility,and at present the success rate of transplanted family can’t satisfy people’s growing demand,to seek new treatment methods to improve success rate of frozen embryo transplantation is necessary.This study were retrospectively analyzed 923 cases of frozen embryo transplantation cycle from January 2016 to December 2016 in the Chinese people’s liberation army general hospital in wuhan reproductive center,exploring the TEAS joint hCG as a new treatment can affect pregnancy outcomes of patients with frozen embryo transplantation,for subsequent prospective studies and clinical promotion.Methods:Collected from January 2016 to December 2016 in the Chinese people’s liberation army general hospital in wuhan reprod uctive center line outpatient FET in patients with clinical data.From TEAS,hCG therapy(FET cycle divided into pregnancy with the pregnancy group.Comparison of three groups in the data,the differences between the freezing and thawing embryo transfer situation.Then all of the above research factors into the binary logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that the independent impact factors influencing the patients with pregnancy.Ac cording to the factors affecting the pregnancy category,TEAS,hCG and TEAS + hCG joint group and control group differences in pregnancy outcomes,between four groups analysis TEAS,whether hCG treatment to improve the pregnancy outcome in patients FET.Results:This study collected data of 923 cases of cycle,lost to follow-up 9 cases,excluding standard 90 cycles,824 cases were included in the complete information cycle,among which 94 cycles,TEAS hCG group of 80 cycles,TEAS + hCG group of 167 cycles,the control group of 483 cycles.Pregnancy group,with an average age of less than the average age pregnancy group.Transplant optimal number of embryo pregnancy group was obviously higher than that of non pregnancy group.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,presence of embryo,embryo quality type three variables form effects on pregnancy,age is the indep endent risk factors of pregnancy failure;Blastocyst stage embryos and have high quality embryos as independent protection factors for successful pregnancy.TEAS,hCG,TEAS of cleavage stage embryos than + hCG group were higher than that of control group,and blastocyst stage embryos of all lower than the control group.Cleavage stage embryo to compare,TEAS,hCG group significantly lower than the control group.Blastocyst stage embryos was no obvious difference.Ⅰ class,implantation rate and pregnancy rate of TEAS + hCG group were higher than that of control group,group hCG ectopic pregnancy rate is lower than the control group,four group there was no significant difference in the early abortion rate.Ⅱ class only TEAS + hCG group and the control group had significant difference on the implantation rate.Ⅲ class TEAS implantation rate and pregnancy rate + hCG group were higher than that of control group,four groups on abortion rate in the early ectopic pregnancy rate,there was no significant difference.Conclusion :Embryo transfer,age,type,whether the optimal embryo transplantation is the key factors that affect pregnancy.Age is smaller,graft blastula,optimal embryo transplantation more conducive to pregnancy.The merits of the blastocyst is not directly affect the pregnancy.TEAS with hCG may improve embryo implantation rate in patients with FET,raise clinical pregnancy rate,TEAS and hCG used alone to improve embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate trend,but not as good as a combination of.There is no data showed that use of TEAS,hCG ectopic pregnancy rate in patients with FET,early abortion rate. |
