| With the deep integration of the new generation of Information and Communication Technology(ICT)and manufacturing,a new round of industrial changes around the world is booming.In 2015,the State Council issued the “Made in China 2025” plan,clearly defining intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of manufacturing.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is located in the middle layer of the intelligent manufacturing information system.Its importance is self-evident.In this background,the research object of this paper is based on a company’s Gelatinous Chinese medicine production line.Aiming at the problems of low automation level and poor information management in the production line,the management status and equipment automation requirements are analyzed based on the field research.The MES-based network architecture and data management platform are designed,and modeling of water content soft measurement.Among them,the factory network uses standard industrial Ethernet to ensure the applicability and expandability of the network.The four workshops are connected by redundant ring network,laying the foundation for the automatic collection and analysis of data;the data management platform is divided into acquisition layer,storage layer,analysis layer and application layer.Data interaction is possible for each two layers.A closed loop of “perception-analysis-decision-execution-feedback” driven by data is formed.The parameters that need to be collected are analyzed in detail,and the data collection scheme is proposed to avoid the problems caused by data collection.Using the grey correlation degree algorithm,8 auxiliary variables with high correlation with water content is selected,and a water content soft measurement model based on support vector regression algorithm is established.The results show that the mean squared error is 0.016,the square correlation coefficient is 0.9098,and the maximum absolute error is 0.3149%.The model has good predictive performance.Finally,the business process of Gelatinous Chinese medicine is analyzed.MES prototypes is developed by designing use case diagrams,and its functional modules is explained.In general,the intelligent manufacturing of Gelatinous Chinese medicine is in its preliminary stage.The application research on MES and key technologies has certain practical guiding significance for the intelligent transformation of Gelatinous Chinese medicine enterprises and other Chinese medicine enterprises. |
