Construction And Application Of The Theoretical Model Of Intelligent Manufacturing Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Background:(1)International background:The Chinese medicine industry is in the international context of the fourth industrial revolution that led by "intelligent manufacturing"and the connotation of "intelligent manufacturing" is evolving with the continuous progress of society and the development of science and technology.Intelligent manufacturing technologies such as Big Data,Internet of Things,Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing were deeply integrated with manufacturing applications to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing;in additional,a series of strategic plans have been formulated at home and abroad to promote the development of "intelligent manufacturing".Whether from the perspective of social development,technological development or from the perspective of national strategy,"intelligent manufacturing" has become the way to occupy the future market in all walks of life.(2)Current situation of development of "intelligent manufacturing" in Chinese medicine industry.The trend of "intelligent manufacturing" in traditional Chinese medicines industry is unstoppable,and the scope of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicine will extend from simple intelligent development of production process of Chinese medicines to intelligent transformation and upgrading of whole life cycle of production of Chinese medicine products.However,there is a lack of systematic and in-depth research on theory of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicine.Due to the lack of scientific theoretical guidance,there are problems such as "confusion of concepts related to intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicine","deviation of intelligent development direction" and "blurred technical application routes" in the blind pursuit of development of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicine by Chinese medicine companies.As a result,Chinese medicine enterprises have invested a lot of human,material and financial resources with little effect on the intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Objectives:Through construction of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicines,this paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the development of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicine enterprises,so as to help enterprises correctly understand concepts related to intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicines and accurately grasp the development direction of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicines.In addition,based on study of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines to guide construction of intelligent systems,on the one hand,it can provide a complete "intelligent decoction system design of Chinese medicines" for intelligent development of Chinese medicines decoction machines.Meanwhile it can provide a basic system for the realization of information integration,intelligent control and remote control of the Chinese medicines industry chain,namely "Chinese medicine basic intelligent service system".On the other hand,it also aims to confirm the guidance and practical value of theorctical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines in guiding construction of intelligent systems in development of TCM intelligent manufacturing through above-mentioned applied research.It can provide a solid theoretical foundation and scientific theoretical guidance for construction of TCM intelligent systems and reduce the complexity of intelligent system construction,so that effectively promote the development of TCM intelligent manufacturing.Methods:Theoretical models are the bridge between scientific theories and objective things,and are the theoretical basis for making scientific research and social practice reliable.Therefore,in view of lack of systematic and in-depth research on theory of intelligent manufacturing in Chinese medicine,which leads to a series of problems in process of developing intelligent manufacturing,this paper proposes "theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines and applies it to guide the practice of intelligent system construction.(1)Under construction guidelines of "structured,standardized and evolutionary",based on guidance of Entity Grammar System(EGS)and rules of material transfer,the concepts related to intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicine are clarified,and through combination of "two concepts" of flexible production and intelligent equipment,the theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicine was constructed.(2)Through scheme design of intelligent decoction system and construction of basic intelligent service system of traditional Chinese medicine,the theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicines was investigated to guide the scheme design of intelligent systems and the practical application of intelligent systems.In addition,summarizing the main processes that guide construction of intelligent systems and the selection principles of key technologies.Results:(1)This paper successfully constructed the theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.In the process of constructing theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines,the concepts related to intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines were defined and identified with confusing concepts.Under guidance of theoretical framework of EGS,an intelligent manufacturing paradigm with features such as "flexible production,personalization,and networked transmission" was constructed by combining concept of "dualisation" with the rule of material transfer.which can be represented by a quadratic Q=(V,F,P,S).Moreover,this paper further gave the application process and technology selection principles for intelligent system construction guided by theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.(2)An intelligent decoction system solution for traditional Chinese medicines was successfully designed based on the theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.The intelligent decoction system(IDS)with features such as "remote supervision.personalized decoction and flexible scheduling" was successfully designed based on theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicines.The overall design of IDS for traditional Chinese medicine was presented,including overall structure,technical implementation roadmap and workflow diagram of IDS for traditional Chinese medicines.(3)Based on the guidance of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines and application of modern science-technology to build a basic intelligent service system for Chinese medicines successfully.An intelligent service system with several functions such as "user management","sensor management","data processing" and"application device control",designed with people-oriented.A logical framework for data flow of basic intelligent service system was constructed under guidance of theoretical model of TCM intelligent manufacturing.On the basic of logical framework of data flow,we have designed a scheme for construction of Chinese medicines basic intelligent service system,including overall structure diagram and technical implementation roadmap.And further through selection principle and application of technology,the hardware equipment board and software system in Chinese medicines basic intelligent service system were designed to realize the construction and application function detection.Conclusions:This paper provided theoretical guidance for the development of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines through the successful construction and application of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.On the one hand,in the process of building theoretical model,through definition of concepts related to TCM intelligent manufacturing and identification of confusing concepts,it provided a reference and basis for TCM enterprises to correctly understand and accurately grasp the development of TCM intelligent manufacturing.The intelligent concept of "flexibility,networking and personalization" of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines provided advanced design ideas for construction of intelligent system.Further,the study of application process and technology selection principles of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines to guide the construction of intelligent systems,to provide guarantees for this theoretical model to guide construction of intelligent systems.On the other hand,in exploring the application of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines to guide construction of intelligent systems,a complete scheme of intelligent decoction system was designed under guidance of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.This offered possibility of intelligent transformation and upgrading of Chinese medicines decoction machines and confirmed practicability of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines in guiding framework design of intelligent system solutions.Through guidance of theoretical model of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines and application of science-technology to build a basic intelligent service system for Chinese medicines,which provided a basic development system for the intelligent and modernized development of Chinese medicine industry.The system can achieve information integration,resource coordination planning and comprehensive management of all links in industrial chain,further confirming feasibility and practical application value of theoretical model in guiding construction of intelligent systems,which can effectively promote development of intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicines.
