Objective:Firstly,to observe the clinical effect and safety of treating chronic eczema with jiawei weiling decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding;Secondly,to explore the possible mechanism of this treatment in microcosmic by detecting the CD4~+,CD8~+T and IgE before and after the treatment.Method:A total of 108 patients who met the standards for situation choice were contained in this research. On the basis of the random number table method, they were randomly divided into three groups, namely the experimental group, control group one and control group two, with 36 patients in every group.1.The experimental group was given jiawei weiling decoction and acupoint embedding.Control group 1 internally take desloratadine tablet with acupoint embedding.Control group 2 oral administration of modified weiling decoction. All three groups were treated with paeonol ointment.2.4 weeks for 1 course, clinical efficacy was evaluated after 2 consecutive courses of treatment, and the efficacy, recurrence and adverse reactions of the patients in the three groups were statistically analyzed.3.Serum CD4~+,CD8~+T cells and IgE levels of the three groups before and after treatment were detected for comparative analysis.Results:1.Of the 108 patients included,9 were ablated and 99 were effective. The baseline data of gender, age, course of disease, condition, serum CD4~+,CD8~+T cells and total IgE level of the subjects in the three groups were compared, and the diverse was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.At the end of the treatment course, the total effective rate was 93.9%in the experimental group,72.9%in the control group 1,and 85.3%in the control group 2.Compared with control group one,the diverse was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with control group two,the diverse was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The end of the course, three groups EASI integral,TCM syndrome score comparison, comparing diverses between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.After the entire treatment, itch score and DLQI score of the three groups were compared, and the difference within the group was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant diverses between the two groups(P>0.05).5.At the end of the treatment course, the serum levels of CD4~+T and CD8~+T in the three groups were compared with those before treatment, and there was no statistical significance diverses between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum total IgE level decreased, and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).Comparison between control group 1 and control group 2 before and after treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).6.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.06%in the experimental group,28.13%in the control group one,and 5.88%in the control group two.The diverses between the experimental group and the control group one was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant diverses between the two groups(P>0.05).7.The recurrence rate was 9.68%in the experimental group,43.48%in the control group one,and 31.03%in the control group two.The diverses were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei weiling decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the therapy of chronic eczema with shortcomings of spleen and dampness has definite clinical efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions. In the control of disease recurrence than the western medicine group, the Chinese medicine group has obvious advantages.
