Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNSLBP)(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and to provide a more optimal treatment for clinical treatment of CNSLBP(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Method:This trial collected a total of 60 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)who were diagnosed by the acupuncture department in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The double-blind study was divided into floating needle treatment group and electroacupuncture control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group referred to Fu Zhonghua's "Floating Needle Treatment Handbook" in the floating needle treatment method of low back pain, and the control group according to the 2016 13 th Five-Year Plan. The textbook "Acupuncture Therapy"(China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press)and "Lower Pain Acupuncture Clinical Practice Guide" in the treatment of chronic low back pain,qi stagnation and blood stasis type selection of the back and limbs acupoints(acupoints: Shenshu,Qihai Yu,Dachangshu,Ashiji, and Venezuela are all acupoints. After disinfection, acupuncture needles of appropriate length are selected for acupuncture. After the gas is obtained, the bilateral renal pelvis, bilateral gas sea acupoints, and acupuncture needles are connected.Korean electroacupuncture instrument, using sparse wave, frequency of 2Hz for treatment, each treatment time of 30 min,the two groups of treatment time are once every other day,4 times a week,1 week a course of treatment.VAS score,ODI index score,JOA score and clinical efficacy of TCM after 4 weeks of treatment were observed and recorded before,2 weeks and 4 weeks and 1 month after treatment(statistical analysis).Result:There were 63 patients who met the diagnostic criteria in this study. In the course of treatment,3 patients had withdrawn from the study for other reasons, including 32 patients in the floating needle treatment group,2 patients in the detachment group,31 patients in the electroacupuncture control group, and 1 patient in the control group.60 cases were included in clinical observation,30 cases in each group; Before treatment, the age, sex, course of disease,VAS,ODI and JOA scores of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and the two groups were comparable.(1)Pre-treatment comparison: The two groups of patients were compared in terms of age, gender, disease duration,VAS,ODI,JOA score before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and the two groups were comparable. In the electro-acupuncture treatment group, there was significant difference between the two and four weeks after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the electro-acupuncture treatment has certain effect in improving the clinical pain symptoms and dysfunction of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain.(2)Comparison within the group: visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysfunction score(ODI)were lower in the two groups after 2 weeks,4 weeks, and 1 month follow-up,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluated low back pain(The scores of JOA)increased. After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain.(3)Comparison between groups: VAS,ODI,JOA scores of 2 weeks after treatment were statistically analyzed, the scores of both groups were reduced, the floating needle group was lower than the electroacupuncture group, the JOA score was higher than the electroacupuncture group, and the comparison between groups was observed. It was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the short-term improvement of clinical pain symptoms in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain in the floating needle group was better than that in the electroacupuncture group. After 4 weeks and 1 month follow-up,VAS,ODI,and JOA scores were two. There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%,and P>0.05,indicating that the floating needle treatment method is equivalent to the electroacupuncture in improving the overall clinical efficacy of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain. Conclusion: Floating needle therapy can effectively improve the pain symptoms of chronic nonspecific low back pain, enhance the daily activity ability of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. It has certain guiding significance for clinical popularization of floating needle therapy for chronic nonspecific low back pain.
