Objective: Through the investigation on the status quo of changchun consumers' cognition,attitude and use of food nutrition label(k-a-p),this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant factors affecting the food nutrition label k-a-p of consumers,so as to provide reference basis for carrying out targeted food nutrition label publicity and education,guiding consumers to properly use the nutrition label to reasonably choose and buy food,and promoting national health.Meanwhile,this paper also provides valuable information for the government and relevant departments to improve and revise the relevant laws and regulations on food nutrition label.Methods: A total of 600 consumers over 18 years old in chaoyang district,nanguan district and lvyuan district of changchun city were selected as survey samples for questionnaire survey by adopting the survey method combining stratified random sampling and convenience sampling.The self-designed "KAP questionnaire for changchun consumer food nutrition labeling" was used,and the statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used.Descriptive statistics,Single factor model analysis,Multiple Logistic regression and other statistical methods were used to analyze the survey data.Results: The average score of consumer nutrition and nutrition label knowledge was(3.403±3.419),and there were statistically significant differences in the cognition,attitude and use behavior of nutrition and nutrition label among different demographic groups(P<0.05).Women,young age,married,education and family per capita higher monthly income,have relevant knowledge background,often undertake the procurement task of the population of nutrition and nutrition label knowledge of a higher level;Women,young age,education and family per capita higher monthly income,have relevant knowledge background,often undertake the procurement task,nutrition label awareness of the population has a high attitude towards nutrition label evaluation;under the synergistic effect of multiple factors,the population with higher monthly per capita income,higherawareness of nutrition and nutrition label and higher attitude evaluation are more inclined to use food nutrition label to guide their own shopping behavior.Conclusion:1.Consumers' cognition of food nutrition knowledge and nutrition label knowledge is at the lower level of the middle level,and the average score of the total knowledge is(3.403±3.419),with poor understanding of nutrition label knowledge.The knowledge of nutrition related to chronic diseases is at the middle or lower level,and the correct answer rate of the question is 43.04% on average.The main access to nutrition knowledge is the Internet,followed by television and radio.2.The general level of consumers' attitudinal evaluation of nutrition labels is relatively low.To some extent,consumers recognize the necessity and helpfulness of nutrition label labeling and have a low degree of trust.The mean scores of each item were:necessity(2.570 ±1.081),credibility(2.835±1.166)and helpfulness(2.652±1.130).3.Consumers' use of nutrition labels is poor,and the mean scores of each item are: View(2.950±1.107),understanding degrees(2.620±1.141)and guide shopping behavior level(2.592±1.197),comprehensive analysis,the necessity of different demographic characteristics of the crowd,nutrition label recognition,evaluation and reliability evaluation,help evaluation,degree of understanding,nutritional information content on the label will use nutrition labels on consumer guide their shopping behavior,including gender,family per capita income,nutrition label recognition,nutrition label reliability evaluation is the favorable factors that nutrition label use behavior,It plays a leading role in the influence of consumers on the use of nutrition labels.
