The Normalization Research Of Bronchial Asthma And Syndrome

Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is an important feature and essence of traditional Chinese medicine,which shows the advanced and scientific theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Syndrome differentiation is the premise of treatment,accurate syndrome differentiation is the decisive factor of clinical ef-ficacy.At present,there is no unified standard for the diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma with traditional Chinese medicine,and there is a lack of evidence-based medical basis.To explore and analyze the location,nature and syndrome of bronchial astlhma,and to standardize the characteristics of bronchial asthma.By combining the Wu’s new system of syndrome differentiation of Tibetan images and treatment of bronchial asthma,the accuracy and clinical efficacy of the differentiation and treatment of bronchial asthma were expected to be improved.In this paper,through a retrospective survey of epidemiology investigation and study method,collected 260 cases of bronchial asthma,data statistics,and applied to spss22.0 software cluster analysis and principal component analysis,to explore the disease of bronchial asthma and disease distribution,build "bronchial asthma syndrome diagnosis information table",standardize its disease,disease syndrome factor,summarizes the basic certificate of bronchial asthma and compound the combination rule.Based on the literature analysis of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the investigation results of 260 cases of bronchial asthma,it was found that bronchial asthma was located in the lung,involving the spleen,stomach,liver,heart,kidney and large intestine.The main diseases are wind,phlegm,blood stasis,qi deficiency and qi stagnation.The basic syndrome of bronchial asthma is "phlegm stasis and qi stagnation",which further standardizes the modern TCM syndrome differentiation of bronchial astlhma.
