Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect and mechanism analysis of lumbar and abdominal balance method on lumbar disc herniation remission with that of conventional massage on lumbar disc herniation remission.Method:A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation in remission were selected from January 2018 to December 2018 in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the massage department of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. The patients were randomly divided into test group(35 cases)and control group(37 cases)by coin flip method, both group received treatment, the control group adopted the conventional massage method,5 times a week,10 times is a course of treatment,1 treatment. The author analyzed the score of patient in the before and after treatment,VAS,PD,JOA,subjective symptoms physical signs and daily activities, the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS20.0.Results:1.Comparison of overall efficacy: after a course of treatment,in the experimental group,0 cases were cured,4 cases were obviously effective,25 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate reached 87.88%;In the control group,0 cases were cured,1 case was obviously effective,22 cases were effective, and 10 cases were not effective. The total effective rate reached69.70%.After statistical analysis, the effective rate of the two groups was P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant2.Comparison of main indicators:After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in VAS,PD,JOA score, lower back pain, leg pain or numbness, gait, straight leg elevation test, motor impairment, supine turning, standing and washing, forward bending, sitting(about 1h),lifting or carrying heavy objects, and walking ability between the two groups within the experiment group(P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences in VAS,PD,JOA score, lower back pain, gait, straight leg elevation test, motor impairment, washing, sitting(about 1h),and walking ability in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,VAS,PD,JOA score, leg pain or numbness, and standing P <0.05 were different among the groups.Conclusion:1.The lumbar and abdominal balance method and conventional manipulation can effectively improve the pain degree and clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation in the remission stage.2.Compared with conventional manipulation, the method of balance between waist and abdomen is more significant in reducing the degree of back pain, relieving symptoms and signs of patients, and improving their daily activities.3.The total effective rate of lumbar and abdominal balance method is higher than that of conventional manipulation, especially in improving patients' daily activity score and reducing patients' clinical performance.4.The advantages of lumbar and abdomen balance method are gentle, accurate, safe and reliable, and high acceptance of patients, which are worthy of further research and promotion in clinical practice.
