Ciinical Experiences Summary Of Professor Guo Zhaogang Using Gubiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveAllergic rhinitis(AR),is a common clinical diaease and frequently-occurring disease in the department of Otolaryngology.It has influenced the life quality of patients and been paid attention to extensively.At present,western medicine treatment effect is not very ideal.This is a disease of traditional Chinese medicine ‘bi qiu’ category.The TCM understanding of AR has its own unique theroy.Professor Guo has been 30 years as a TCM doctor,a famous TCM doctor in yun nan province.He has engaged in the theoretical and clinical research on TCM of Otolaryngology.This paper summarized the treatment experiences of Gubiao decoction on AR used by Professor Guo.MethodsRead the ancient literatures and retrieve the related literatures concerned with allergic rhinitis in modern medicine.During the clinical learning time we write down the clinical records and notes through collecting the information.Results1.Clinical allergic rhinitis,Lung qi deficiency is the most common syndrome,next is the spleen qi deficiency and heat in the lung channel,only less kidney yang deficiency.2.Professor Guo using gubiao deoction treats biqiuwith xinwen gamping invigorating lung qi and qufeng tongqiao decoction of TCM.Basic formula is gubiao decoction,prescription consists of huangqi,atractylodes,ledebouriella root,mahuang,schizonepeta,perilla leaf,fructus xanthii,licorice root.3.using gubiao decoction treat four syndrome of biqiu,including Lung qi deficiency,the spleen qi deficiency,heat in the lung channel and kidney yang deficiency.In before and after treatment the symptom integral,the total curative effect evaluation comparison had significant difference(P<0.05).The result showed that add and subtract Chinese herbology of gubiao decoction had significant effect,suitable for four syndrome of biqiu.Conclusion Through this study,Professor Guo Zhaogang summed up the pathogenesis clinical dialectics and medication of biqiu.Tutor to the overall concept,the trial and seeking,from the governance,attention to the delicate organs of the cause,supplemented by the idea of antiallergic drugs and Tongqiao in the clinical treatment of the disease effect is significant,alleviate the pain of biqiu patients,played a traditional Chinese medicine Treatment of the safety,persistence and markedly characteristics of Chinese medicine clinicians to treat the disease given a reference and guidance.
