Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Retinal Vein Occlusion With Zhibai Yikan Decoction

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zhibai Yikan Decoction in the treatment of "central branch retinal vein occlusion(CRVO)" in patients with "liver kidney yin deficiency and collateral stagnation syndrome".Method:A randomized grouped control method was used to randomly classify62 cases of non-ischemic central retinal vein occlusion,which were consistent with the inclusion criteria,into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM and the fundus of the patient.The control group was treated with Oral Compound Xueshuantong Capsule.Each group was treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and 3 courses were continuously treated.There was no interval during the treatment.The changes of visual acuity,fundus manifestation and total score of clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results: After 3 months of observation,the subject fell out of 10 cases,the final treatment group of 32 cases,the control group of 30 cases,a total of 62 cases.(1)Baseline data analysis before trial:There was no difference in gender,age,duration of disease,TCM symptom scores,and visual acuity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Total scores of TCM symptoms: The two groups were significantly lower in the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment group(P<0.01)and the control group(P<0.01),in which the scores of the waist and knees and the insomnia were lower than the pre-treatment scores.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the experiment,the two groups were compared between the two groups.The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Main indicators: The visual acuity of the treatment group was improved(P<0.05),and the absorption of retinal hemorrhage was improved(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the control group was improved(P<0.05),and the absorption of retinal hemorrhage was improved(P<0.05).Comparison between groups after the test:the visual acuity of the treatment group and the improvement of retinal hemorrhage absorption were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhibai Yikan Decoction for the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency,compared with oral thrombosis capsules,and the effect of improving the visual acuity and promoting retinal hemorrhage absorption is more significant.2.Zhibai Yikan Decoction for the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency,the prevention of non-ischemic retinal vein occlusion is safe.
