Objective : To a pply dru g therapy a nd exercise training to pulmona ry reha bilita tion in patients with CO PD,not only to provide corresponding intervention resea rch da ta for lu ng rehabilitation in China,but also to provid e a set of low cost,convenient a nd fea sible for pa tients with stable CO PD.Prevention of the further development of the disea se a nd for the long-term self-ma na gement of the fa mily exercise reha bilitation exercise methods.Metho ds: According to the principle of complete ra ndomization,the dia gnosis of pa tients with chronic obstru ctive pu lmonary dis ea se in ou r hospita l from September 2017 to September 2018 wa s selected a s the research object.All patients were ra ndomly divided into two grou ps,the control gr oup,tha t is,the conventiona l dru g trea tment grou p,the exposu re group on the ba sis of conventiona l dru g treatment,combined exercise training a nd respiratory exercise combined with lu ng reha bilitation treatment.H ea lth edu ca tion is given to all pa tients: inclu ding the introdu ction of CO PD disea ses,the concept of lu ng reha bilita tion,quitting smoking,the a pplica tion of dru gs,etc.T he initia l tra ining of pa tients is every Frida y a fternoon in the respira tory seconda ry reha bilitation room,u nder the gu ida n ce of respira tory physicia ns and nurses,a tota l of 3 training sessions,every 1 tra ining a fter the rest of 5~10 min,a fter the pa tient at home to complete their own,doctors 1 telephone follow-u p,if necessa ry,patients to our reha bilita tion room to recei ve guida nce.T he non-exposure grou p wa s given only routine medication.All patients were treated 1 months a fter trea tment,followed by 1 calls every 3 months,the follow-u p results were recorded,ea ch patient wa s followed u p at lea st 2 times,a nd the follo w-up time wa s reviewed a t lea st a fter J une.Results: All patients were followed u p for 6 months,the difference betwe en 6 minutes wa lking dista nce(6 MWD),dyspnea score(MMRC),Bak er D epression Self-ra ting sca le(BD I)a nd before treatment wa s sta tistically significa nt(P<0.01),bu t the exposu re grou p wa s more effective tha n the c ontrol grou p.The difference between FEV1 % estima ted va lu e,FEV1/FVC%,daily a ctivity Ability Score(AD L)a nd before trea tment in exposed group patients wa s statistica lly significa nt(P<0.01),a nd there wa s no statistica lly significa nt difference between the control grou p a nd before treatment(P>0.05).Conc lusio n: dru g combined with pulmonary reha bilita tion ca n effe ctively improve lu ng fu nction,dyspnea symptoms,motor a bility,qua lity of life a nd depression in patients with stable COPD.
