| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Neifan and Linghou combined with conventional acupuncture on strephenopodia after apoplexy. Methods: 60 patients with trephenopodia after apoplexy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by needling Neifan and Linghou combined with conventional acupoints. The control group was treated by needling conventional acupoints. The patients were treated by Pingbu Pingxie method once a day and retained needles for 30 minutes. Each group was treated for one week. After one course of treatment, they took a rest for one day and continued two courses of treatment.Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function score scale and modified version A were used for the patients before and after treatment respectively. The shworth spasm scale and Holden walking ability were evaluated. To observe the clinical effect of needling varus and Linghou acupoints combined with routine needling on varus foot after apoplexy. Results:After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function score and the modified Ashworth Spasm Scale score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in Holden walking ability score between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,and the control group was 75.86%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Neifan and Linghou combined with conventional acupuncture can improve lower limb motor function and reduce spasm in patients with varus foot, but the effect of improving walking ability is similar to that of conventional acupuncture. The overall clinical efficacy is better than that of conventional acupuncture. |
