Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Fuli’s Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Convalescence Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology to explore Professor Zhang Fuli’s medication rule in treating ischemic stroke convalescence,and combining with the usual learning experience with the teacher,the academic experience of Professor Zhang Fuli in the treatment of ischemic stroke convalescence are summarized,so as to provide the basis and ideas for the prevention and treatment of this disease by TCM.Methods:A total of 153 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected from June 2019 to June 2021 from Professor Zhang Fuli’s outpatient of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The collection data include general information,symptoms and signs,tongue and pulse,TCM diagnosis,Western medicine diagnosis,and TCM prescription for the first diagnosis,etc.The collected data are sorted into Excel,processed in a standardized manner and uploaded to the TCMICS,and the system is used for general data analysis and prescription analysis.Finally,summarize the academic experience of the tutor in treating this disease.Results:1.Among 153 patients in the convalescent stage of ischemic stroke,there were 86 males,accounting for 56.21% of the total patients,and 67 females,accounting for 43.79% of the total patients.The number of male patients was more than female patients.Age statistics Ischemic stroke was most common in people aged 50-69 years,accounting for 65.36% of all patients.2.Tongue image analysis results showed that the most common tongue coating was yellow greasy for 62 times,white greasy for 16 times,and tongue body was red for 20 times.In the pulse analysis,the most frequent occurrence of weak pulse is 33 times,followed by sinking pulse 14 times and sink string pulse 12 times.3.In the prescription results,the four Qi were mainly cold and warm,accounting for 79.62% of the total drug properties;The five flavors were bitter and sweet,accounting for 66.96% of all the flavors.The highest drug channel entry was spleen channel 1010 times,lung channel 1008 times and stomach channel 685 times.The results showed that supplement vacuity(819times),resolving the exterior(446 times)and clearing heat(348 times)were the most effective drugs.A total of 35 kinds of drugs were used no less than20 times.Root poriaused the most frequently(152 times).4.In the association rule analysis,the number of support degree was set as 135,confidence degree as 0.99,and 26 commonly used drug combinations were obtained.The core prescriptions were: Licorice,Poria,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Herba Taxilli,Ginger.5.With the help of K-means algorithm,six core drug combinations were obtained.Core combination 1:Ternate,Herba Taxill,Ginger,Licorice,Poria,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Paeoniae Alba;Core combination 2: Ginger,Poria,Licorice,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Herba Taxil,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Astragalus membranaceus;Core combination 3: Licorice,Poria,Ginger,Os Draconis,Herba Taxil,Ternate,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Curcuma;Core combination 4: Ginger,Poria,Licorice,Herba Taxill,Radix Ophiopogonis,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Rehmanniae;Core combination 5: Ginger,Ternate,Poria,Herba Taxill,Radix Ophiopogonis,Licorice,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Os Draconis;Core combination 6:Ginger,Poria,Herba Taxill,Licorice,Radix Scutellariae,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Radix Ophiopogonis,Flos Chrysanthemi.Conclusion:1.The properties of traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Zhang Fuli in the treatment of ischemic stroke during convalescence are mainly cold and warm;The five flavors are mainly bitter and sweet;Drugs to spleen channel,lung channel,stomach channel;Use more tonifying deficiency,resolving the exterior,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs;Its core prescription is: Licorice,Poria,Atractylodes Macrocephalat,Herba Taxilli,Ginger.2.Professor Zhang Fuli believed that the Ischemic stroke convalescence was in the brain and closely related to the spleen,stomach and liver;It is root vacuity and tip repletion.Taking center burner inhibited qi transformation as the basis,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and Yang Surfeit as the tip,it is considered that phlegm-stasis interjunction with the network vessels of the brain is the key pathological change in the ischemic stroke convalescence.The academic experience of Professor Zhang Fuli in the treatment of ischemic stroke convalescence is the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and the regulation of the network vessels of the brain;precipitation and supplement combination,mediate the center burner;subdue and settle yang qi,calm liver wind.
