Objective:Primary biliary cholangitis is still unclear in its pathogenesis.A small number of patients are male patients and are easily overlooked. This article further summarizes the clinical features of primary biliary cholangitis in men through inductive analysis. Methods:By reviewing the clinical characteristics of 62 male patients who first visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2010 to March 2018,and analyzing them,All 62 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results:The average age of 62 male patients was(60.6±12.5)years old.The clinical manifestations were liver function abnormality or elevated transaminase in14 cases, skin itching 12 cases, fatigue in 11 cases, abdominal distension in 10 cases, and no obvious symptoms were found in hospitals due to other diseases 8 people,3 people with anorexia,3 people with discomfort in the liver area,2 people with dark urine, and 1 person with edema. The average value of alkaline phosphatase was(330.7±271.3)U/L;the mean value of serum GGT was(391.9±504.3)U/L;the average value of aspartate aminotransferase was(114.6±102.4)U/L;the average value of alanine aminotransferase was(134.9±178.2)U/L;the average value of total bilirubin was(87.9±66.9)μmol/L;the average value of direct bilirubin was(41.9±35.7)μmol/L;the average value of indirect bilirubin was(46.7±21.1)μmol/L.Eight patients had pathological results, and one of them had significant bile duct changes. Conclusion:There are few male PBC patients, and the clinical features are mostly skin itching, fatigue, lack of specificity, serum biological indicators ALP and GGT levels are elevated, autoantibodies AMA and AMA-M2 positive are the main characteristics, also the main criteria for diagnosis, liver Histological progression and duration of disease,as well as the level of total bilirubin, are not typical in male PBC patients.
