Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with acne treated by acupuncture and cupping,and to further understand the status quo of quality of life of patients with acne and the improvement of quality of life before and after treatment.Methods: select in March 2018 to January 2019 in the fourth,xinjiang medical university clinical medical college of dermatology clinics of 40 patients with liver wind-cold type of Acne,divided into A and B two way,namely experimental group A(stab winding cupping plus oral Chinese medicine + external use different erythromycin vitamin A acid gel),control group B(erythromycin + oral Chinese medicine for external use different vitamin A acid gel),respectively in 0,1,2,3,4 weeks at the end of the record was detected in patients with grade,and at the end of the 0 weeks,4 weeks to fill in the patients with Acne specific quality of life questionnaire(Qol-Acne),analysis of the two groups of lesion score and quality of life questionnaire.Results: the scores of skin lesions at 0 ~ 4 weeks were compared between the experimental group and the treatment group.According to t test analysis,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups at 0 ~ 4 weeks after treatment,with p values less than 0.05.Compared with the mean of the two groups,the mean of 0 ~ 4 weeks in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group.The scores of qol-acne and Acne before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.After t test,it was found that there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).That is,there was no difference in qol-acne scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion: puncture and cupping can effectively improve the skin lesion score of acne patients. |
