Objective:Using MSCT cross fault is measured in all parts of normal adult bilateral adrenal lines and the size of the ratio,for clinical diagnosis of adrenal disease imaging aspects of theoretical basis and data support.Methods:Retrospective observation and analysis of 357 cases of patients with adrenal transverse and coronary bits about morphology,adrenal relations with neighbours,and 342 cases adrenal gland body in transverse position measurement,the inside of the limbs and the lateral limb,measure a body with inside and outside the ratio of limb,and carries on thestatistical analysis to grouping children by age,observe the change of different ages adrenal lines each part.Results:There were 289 cases with right adrenal gland higher than the left one,accounting for 80.95%,52 cases with left adrenal gland higher than the right one,accounting for 14.57%,16 cases with the sa,me height on both sides accounting for 4.48%.The medial adrenal gland on the right side was the right diaphragm foot,the posterior wall of inferior vena cava on the front,the superior pole of the right kidney on the back,and the anterior lateral was the bare liver area in 356 cases,accounting for 99.72%,only one case was in the anterior medial of inferior vena cava(0.28%).The medial side of the left adrenal gland was the left phrenic foot,the posterior superior pole of the left kidney,and the anterolateral side was the stomach,splenic artery and pancreatic tail,accounting for 43.98%of 157 cases.The anterolateral side was spleen-arteriovenous,pancreatic tail and spleen.The anterolateral side was the stomach,spleen-arteriovenous,pancreatic tail and jejunum,accounting for 22.13%.The anterolateral side was the stomach,spleen-arteriovenous,pancreatic tail and colon,which accounted for 1.40%in 5 cases.320cases of adrenal shape Ⅰ(i.e.,herringbone,herringbone,inverted y-shape)were 89.61%on the left,and 84.55%on the right.There were 22 cases of type Ⅱ(v-shaped and v-shaped)on the left,accounting for 6.18%,and 44 cases on the right,accounting for 12.36%.There were 15 cases of type Ⅲ(triangle,line,etc.)on the left,and 11 cases on the right,accounting for 3.09%.Right adrenal cortical line(1.36 +0.27)mm,medial(1.20 + 0.24)mm,lateral(1.07 + 0.22)mm,left adrenal cortical line(1.47 + 0.35)mm,medial(1.48 + 0.41)mm,lateral(1.24 + 0.35)mm in 4-6 years old;Right adrenal cortical line(2.03 + 0.46)mm.,medial(1.84 + 0.46)mm,lateral(1.51 + 0.37)mm,left adrenal cortical line(2.04 + 0.48)mm,medial(2.26 + 0.62)mm,lateral(1.70 + 0.36)mm in 7-12 years old;Right adrenal cortical line(2.47 + 0.51)mm,medial(2.22 + 0.44)mm,lateral(1.86 + 0.33)mm,left adrenal cortical line(2.51 + 0.62)mm,medial(2.63 + 0.54)mm,lateral(2.05 + 0.59)mm in 13~17 years old;Right adrenal cortical line(2.78 + 0.53)mm,medial(2.50 + 0.44)mm,lateral(2.04 + 0.41)mm,left adrenal cortical line(2.82 + 0.56)mm,medial(3.23 + 0.96)mm,lateral(2.23 + 0.50)mm in 18~40 years old;Right adrenal cortical line(3.04 + 0.68)mm,medial(2.62 + 0.48)mm,lateral(2.19 +0.47)mm,left adrenal cortical line(3.07+ 0.64)mm,medial(3.02 + 0.55)mm,lateral(2.38 +0.52)mm in 41~65 years old;Right adrenal cortical line(2.97 + 0.67)mm,medial(2.67 +0.53)mm,lateral(2.18 + 0.45)mm,left adrenal cortical line(3.04 + 0.63)mm,medial(3.06 + 0.56)mm,lateral(2.37 + 0.46)mm in 66~84 years old.The comparison of the diameters of all parts of adrenal gland at different ages was statistically significant before 40 years old,but not after 40 years old.Right adrenal part/medial part ratio 1.13 + 0.20,right adrenal part/lateral part ratio 1.37 + 0.27.The ratio of the right adrenal body to the medial adrenal body was 1.14+ 0.31,and that of the left adrenal body to the lateral limb was 1.47 + 0.26.There was no statistical significance in the ratio of the diametral line between the ipsilateral adrenal body and the medial and lateral limbs at different ages.Conclusion:(1)most of the right adrenal gland on the lateral axis of the cephalic advanced MSCT appeared ahead of the left,and the right adrenal gland was fixed,and the lateral anterior lateral adrenal structure of the left adrenal gland changed significantly.(2)the adrenal gland has various forms,mainly type Ⅰ(herringbone,herringbone,inverted y-shape),followed by type Ⅱ(v-shape and inverted v-shape),and type Ⅲ(line shape,triangle shape,etc.)is rare.(3)to compare the diameters of the adrenal gland,the medial and lateral branches of the left side were larger than the right side,the medial branches of the left and right sides were larger than the lateral branches,and the ratio of the body part to the medial and lateral limbs was larger than that of the left side.(4)the diameter of each part of the adrenal gland was correlated with age,and the diameter increased with age before 40,but there was no significant difference after 40.(5)the ratios of the right and left adrenal parts/medial parts,and the left adrenal parts/lateral parts/lateral parts were independent of age,and there were differences between the two sides.
