| Objective:To study the imaging manifestations of CT and MRI indiagnosis of adrenal neoplasms,Improve the adrenal tumors imagingdiagnosis and differential diagnosis accuracy。Methods:The data of38patients on CT,MRI of adrenal neoplasmswere analyzed retrospectivly, as well as compared with operativefinding and histopathologic data.3.0T MRI scanner(PHILIPS,Netherl-ands)conventional magnetic resonance line axial T1WIã€T2WIã€STRRã€FIEST sequences in all cases before operation.Artery and vein phase320CT scan(TOSHIBA,JAPAN) was performed with the slice thicknessof3.75mm and0.625mm.Results:The38adrenal disease patients were confirmed by surgeryand pathology,26carcinoid cases,Adrenal cyst1cases,benignadrenal pheochromocytomas12cases,adrenocortical adenoma10cases,Medullary lipoma3cases.12malignancy cases,malignant pheoc-hromocytomas2cases,Cortical adenocarcinoma5cases,metastatictumor5cases.Conclusion: 1ã€MSCT flat and enhance Saul is accurate for the location ofadrenal tumors,it can display the internal structure in adrenaltumor lesions, reflect the blood supply of lesions and pathologicalfeatures, and is contribute to the diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis of adrenal2ã€MRI is not as good as MSCT in the location of adrenal tumors,but it is better in the aspects of qualitative,and when adrenaltumors happens the display of tumor embolus in the lumen of vein,MRIis much better than MSCT.In conclusion,MSCT and MRI have good complementarity in thediagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumor.We should usethem together in order to improve the diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis. |
