Treatment Of Female Functional Constipation (Blood Deficiency) By Acupuncture With Auricular Acupoint Pressing

Purpose:Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with auricular sticking method when cure the woman functional constipation in deficiency of blood category.Method:Divide 60 patients who meet the standard into two groups of auricular sticking group(observing group)and acupuncture group(reference group)in average and random.Then observe the clinical effect with different grade which are blood deficiency of TCM syndromes,PAC-QOL and evaluation scale of constipation’ s main symptoms and single symptoms.Result:By selecting and filtering,58 patients are counted in and each group is 29 patients.The efficiency of observing group and reference group is respectively 93.1%and 83.2%.The observing group and reference group can both improve the patient’ s PAC-QOL grade of women’s constipation in blood deficiency type and functional type;the grade of blood deficiency of TCM syndromes;the single grade(P<0.05)of feces character type,defecating frequency,the feeling of inexhaustibility and defecating difficulty degree.While the treatment of auricular sticking group is more effective than acupuncture group.The clinic treatment of auricular sticking group is much more obvious than acupuncture group.After treatment of the two groups,there is no obvious difference in single symptom grade of defecating time and abdominal distension(P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture with auricular sticking method and normal acupuncture can all improve the clinical symptoms of woman functional constipation in deficiency of blood category and improve the patient’ s life quality.While the acupuncture with auricular sticking method is more effective.
