Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ascites Due To Stagnation Of Liver Cirrhosis Due To Spleen Deficiency With Modified Fuling Water Guide Decoction

Purpose:Liver cirrhosis is a common disease and frequently occurring disease in China.It often progresses to the stage of decompensated ascites,which affects the daily life of the patients.This study by observing the clinical curative effect of water modified Fuling Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency type water stop ascites,to explore the spleen diuresis for reducing ascites,improve the clinical symptoms of the advantages,to further improve the TCM treatment of ascites,providing more effective medication guide for patients.Method:According to the guiding principles of clinical research on March2017-January 2018,selected from the Qingdao traditional Chinese medicine hospital diagnosed 60 cases of spleen deficiency of water stop type cirrhosis ascitespatients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group conventional western medicine,the experimental group is based on the control group with modified Fuling water decoction.The course of treatment in the two groups was 1 months.The related Chinese and Western medical projects were recorded and summarized before and after the treatment.And statistical analysis wasperformed to compare the two groups in reducing ascites,reduce symptoms and improve curative effect on liver function by statistical software SPSS22.0.Result:The results showed that the experimental group and the control group had a certain effect in the treatment of ascites,but the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of 1.clinical comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rate of experimental group was 92.86%,70.37% in the control group,the treatment group better results than the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);comparison of 2.TCM syndrome total curative effect: the total effective rate of experimental group was 89.29%,higher than 70.37% in the control group,test group of Chinese and Western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation,treatment,symptoms had significant difference(P < 0.05);comparison of 3.main symptoms: abdominal distension,physical signs of TCM with poor food Zhongwan nausea,vomiting and fatigue,leg swelling significantly reduced in the experimental group,the symptoms compared with control group had significant difference(P < 0.05);4.patients with abdominal circumference,body weight,average urine volume 24h: before and after treatment in the same group compared to the experimental group and the control group were effective,before and after significant difference(P <0.01).After treatment,compared by the t test showed that the test group is better,significant differences in body weight,abdominal circumference,P< 0.05;in 24 h urine volume also increased significantly P 0.05.Comparison of 5.patients with liver and abdominal ultrasound in liver function: the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05);in abdominal ultrasound,experimental group ascites subsided,there was significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: The test group and the control group for the treatment of liver cirrhosis and ascites were,but conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Fuling Decoction in the treatment of water guiding effect is better in improving TCM symptoms,reducing ascites and other obvious effect in improving liver function,no significant difference.
