The Distance Along The Meridian Acupoints Therapy Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Migraine With Shaoyang

Purpose:In this experiment,the distance along the meridian acupuncture treatment with Shaoyang migraine,and its clinical efficacy,to explore the analgesic effect of this method and the improvement of headache degree,headache index,the meridian and acupuncture treatment of migraine with Shaoyang application and promotion to provide clinical basis.Method:70 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,35 cases in the treatment group(34 cases in the western medicine group)and 34 cases in the western medicine treatment group(1 cases during treatment).The treatment group:days Chong,Shuaigu,xuanlu,Fengchi,Waiguan,zulinqi.Control group:oral administration of Western medicine in the treatment of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules 10mg/times,1 times a day.The course was 1 times of/d,5 times for 1 courses and 2 days between the course of treatment.After a total of 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.To observe the effect of immediate pain relief,the overall effect,the degree of headache and the improvement of the headache index before and after the treatment of the two groups.Result:1.in the immediate analgesic effect,the difference between the two groups before the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.in improving headache and headache index,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.treatment group cured 10 cases,effective 16 cases,effective 6 cases,invalid 3 cases,total effective rate 91.43%;control group cured 3 cases,significant effect 8 cases,effective 15 cases,8 cases,total effective 76.47%.Conclusion:The distance along the meridian acupoints in the treatment of migraine with Shaoyang than oral Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules in terms of instant pain,headache degree,headache index to improve the comprehensive curative effect.It is safer and more convenient to take acupoint therapy along the far and near the meridian.
