The Comparison Of The Treatment Of Adenomyosis With The Dan’e FuKang Jianggao And Sanjie Zhentong Prescription

Objective: to analyze the curative effect of dani fukang decoction,analgesic capsule and mifepristone in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis.Method: this topic selected from December 2015 to February 2015 in the,xinjiang medical college of obstetrics and gynecology clinic 90 uterine adenomyosis patients as the research object,according to our hospital clinic card order treatment,patients were randomly divided into control group mifepristone group(n = 30)and observation group 1 Dan I fu kang decoction paste group(n = 30),the observation group 2 fights analgesia capsule group(n= 30).Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to determine the patient’s menstrual cramps.During menstruation,use the same specification sanitary napkin to measure the quantity change;The size was calculated by the measurement of uterine volume.These three methods were used to evaluate the clinical effect of each group on the treatment of adenomyosis.Results: observation group 1 and group 2,in the aspect of dysmenorrhea,the quantity change has obvious difference compared with control group(P < 0.05),the size of the uterus changes compared with the control group no significant difference(P >0.05),and observation group 1,group 2 after the medication after discontinuation of the gastrointestinal tract reaction,bleeding,by volume change after the drug was stopped,the recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion: dani fukang decoction,analgesic capsule and mifepristone were less effective than mifepristone in the treatmentof uterine adenomyosis.However,there are still clinical value in CA125 and Hb,and few side effects are still worth promoting.
