Objective: to explore the clinical and pathological factors that affect the therapeutic effect of recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: in bengbu medical school first affiliated tumor of department of gynaecology and obstetrics and gynecology randomly selected 92 cases for platinum sensitive recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer patients.Collection of clinical data, using retrospective analysis method study influence recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer treatment effect factors. Results: single factor analysis showed that after recurrence associated with ascites,FIGO stage, higher maximum recurrent lesions,CA125,and recurrence after secondary tumor cells to destroy the loss affected the recurrent ovarian cancer treatment effect, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and other such as age and tissue differentiation degree has nothing to do with the treatment effect, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the relative risk degree of clinical stage, maximum recurrence,CA125,ascites and secondary reduction was 12.0;16.5;16.875;4;5.025.Conclusion:The clinical and pathological factors affecting platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian carcinoma were the clinical and pathologic factors that affect the incidence of recurrent ovarian cancer, and the effect of chemotherapy on recurrent ovarian cancer was affected by the recurrence of ascites, the largest recurrence, the serum CA125,and the clinical stage.Secondary reduction surgery + chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect of platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.
