Purpose: By studying the improved method of nasogastric tube insertion, the failure problem caused by dysphagia in patients with bulbar paralysis was improved, and the success rate of nasogastric tube insertion in patients with bulbar paralysis was increased, and in the process of nasogastric tube insertion, the incidence of discomfort was low,the operating time of nasogastric tube insertion was shortened, and the changes of vital signs and blood oxygen saturation was small,so as to improve the nursing quality and ensure the nursing safety.Method: From December 2016 to December 2017,126 patients admitted to the neurology department of a Grade 3A Hospital in Changchun were selected as the research object.126 cases were divided into 63 cases in the control group and 63 cases in the improved group according to the order of hospitalization. The control group inserted the nasogastric tube by the routine method of basic nursing(Fifth Edition),and the improved group by the improved method, means that the nasogastric tube was pretreated and inserted by the improved method of nasogastric tube insertion. The success rate of two groups of patients was observed in one time.In the process of nasogastric tube insertion, there was the incidence of discomfort, the operating time of nasogastric tube insertion, the changes of the vital signs and blood oxygen saturation in the two groups before?during and after the tube inserted, and the gastric residual amount at the second, third, ninth and tenth days after the nasogastric tube was inserted. All data is checked by double check into Execel form, and database is established. The results of the study were statistically analyzed by SAS statistical analysis software, and the data of the 2groups were analyzed, and the results were statistically significant.Result: 1.The success of tube placement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.2.In the observation group, cough, nausea, restlessness and bleeding rate of nasal mucosa were decreased.3.The operating time of nasogastric tube insertion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.4.The changes of vital signs and blood oxygen saturation before, during and after catheterization in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group.5.Using the improved method of nasogastric tube insertion in patients with bulbar paralysis is more accurate than conventional methods in measuring gastric residual amount. Conclusion: In our country, the patients with ball palsy are mostly elderly, the disease is critical and the patient is in bed for a long time. The patient needs to retain the stomach tube for a long time.Because of the patient's disease particularity, the failure rate of the nasogastric tube is high, improved nasogastric tube insertion can remove the psychology of the patient's fear and anxiety, reduce the stress reaction, make the hemodynamics stable, reduce the sufferings, reflect the service concept of people based, improve the success rate of the indwelling gastric tube, shorten the time of operation, save time and labor, improve work efficiency and reduce the work efficiency.Reduce the occurrence of complications, such as high blood pressure, speed of heart rate, cardiac arrest and asphyxia, increased the sense of safety and improved the quality of nursing. It is worthy of clinical application.
