Objective:Evaluation of nasogastric tube feeding and nasaljejunal tube feeding in early enteral nutrition support treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods: We searched literatures reporting early enteral nutrition support treatment of acute pancreatitis through nasojejunal tube and nasogastric tube in databases:Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library,Wanfang,VIP,CNKI from setting time to 2016.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results: Nasogastric tube group may start enteral nutrition earlier than the nasojejunal tube group.And the incidence of recurrent abdominal pain, gastrointestinal adverse reaction, the CRP level after 7days therapy,the total length of hospital stay, mortality is not inferior to the nasojejunal tube group.Conclusion: The nasogastric tube nutrition is safe and well tolerated, and it may be a safe and economic way for acute pancreatitis nutrition in the future.
