Objectives: To compare symptoms in women with urodynamically diagnosed stress incontinence combined overactive bladder(OAB).Methods: From January 2011 to November 2017,there are 107 cases of female patients were diagnosed in our Department,First Affiliated Hospital of.Women with an average age of 64 years old and range from 38-78 years were included in this study.They were classified into to separated groups based on their chief complaints together with the medical history.The first group of patient with stress incontinence was composed by(n=79cases)with average age 66 years old,range(43-78)years where as the other group(n=28cases)with stress incontinence combined with OAB(SUI+OAB)with average age of 61 years,range from 38 to 78 years old.All the patients went through a seriesof urodynamic tests following the ICS guidelines.The information recorded during the examination werecompared.Results: 107 patients in the both groups with age range 36 to 86 years with mean of 60.First group included 79 patients(73.8%)with genuine SUI(43 to 78)years range with mean of 66.Second group had 28 patients(26.2%)with SUI and OAB,from 38-78 years range with mean of 61.The results of urodynamic measurements showed that 1 case of SUI combined with OAB group was mixed urinary incontinence with urgeincontinence.Conclusion:Urodynamic examination is an important diagnostic method for female SUI patients.Patients with OAB can detect more detrusor overactivity and higher urethral pressure.Urodynamicexaminationcanevaluatethedetrusorfunctionanddeterminewhether SUIis associated with other bladder dysfunction,providing a basis for and assistance for more accurate clinical diagnosis of SUI patients.For patients with OAB,the basis for the choice of whether to treat OAB first can be selected according to the severity.Provide an effective basis for patients to receive the most appropriate treatmentoptions...
