| Objective: The bleeding score and the Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia Patient Assessment Questionnaire were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ning Xue Hua Ban drink combined with prednisolone in the treatment of patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia,and to observe the improvement of quality of life.Methods: 64 patients with ITP who were admitted to the Department of Hematology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 01,2016 to September 30,2018,were selected to meet the ITP diagnostic criteria and lasted for 3-12 months.Both qi and yin deficiency,damp heat and sputum.They were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The control group was treated with Prednisone acetate tablets(1mg/kg/d,oral),while the treatment group was treated with Ning Xue Hua Ban drink combined with Prednisone.By observing the platelet count,TCM syndrome score,bleeding score,the Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura Patient Assessment Questionnaire,Hospital Depression and Anxiety,and assessing the efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the safety was evaluated by the incidence of liver and kidney function and adverse reactions.Results: A total of 5 cases were shed during the study,and 30 cases and 29 cases in the treatment group and the control group.1.The total response rate of the two groups was 83.33% in the treatment group and 58.62% in the control group.The complete response and efficacy of the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptom efficacy: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 70% and 58.60%,respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of platelet count: The PLT level of the two groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),but The curative effect was similar between groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of bleeding scores: The bleeding scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,indicating that the bleeding symptoms of each group were relieved before treatment(P<0.05).The hemostasis effect of the treatment group was better than the prednisolone group(P<0.05);5.Quality of life(ITP-PAQ): The total effective rate of quality of life in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Emotional evaluation of the ITP-PAQ scale: The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the combination of Ning Xue Hua Ban drink was better than the control group in reducing depression and anxiety.(P<0.05).6.Hospital Depression and Anxiety Scale: The depression and anxiety scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,indicating that the depression and anxiety of each group were relieved after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the prednisolone group(P<0.05).7.There were no significant changes in ALT,AST,Scr,and BUN before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).8.Adverse reactions: 10 cases in the control group,8 cases of weight gain,4 cases of full moon face,2 cases of poor sleep or insomnia The adverse reaction rate was 34.48%,7 cases in the treatment group,3 cases of weight gain,2 cases of full moon face,2 cases of poor sleep or insomnia,and the adverse reaction rate was 23.33%.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Ningxue Hua Ban Drink combined with prednisolone acetate tablets treatment of ITP can improve patients’ PLT level,improve patients’ bleeding symptoms,reduce bleeding score and TCM syndrome total score,and improve patients’ depression and anxiety status and improve patients Quality of Life;2.Ningxue Hua Ban Drink has no obvious adverse reactions of liver and kidney,and the safety is good. |
