The Cliniacal Study Of Yiqi Saijie Ointment Massage On Tumor Type Muscular Torticollis In Infants

PurposeAccording to the modern preparation technology,Yiqi Sanjie prescription was prepared as external ointment massage,and the clinical effect of Yiqi Sanjie decoction as massage medium on tumor type muscular torticollis in infants was observed,and the possible echanism of action was discussed,which laid a foundation for the clinical application of Yiqi Sanjie ointment.ApproachWith reference to the preparation method of external ointment massage agent in the early stage of the team,under the guidance of the teaching and research office of traditional Chinese medicine preparation of yunnan university of traditional Chinese medicine,Yiqi Sanjie ointment for scientific research was made.According to the method of safety study,guinea pigs were used for skin toxicity test,skin irritation test and skin allergy test.Sixty-nine infants with tumor type muscular torticollis in infants who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group(n= 35)and the control group(n=34)by using the random number method of Microsoft excel 2016 software.In fact,60 cases were included,30 cases in each group.The two groups used the same massage operation steps,the control group used Johnson & Johnson baby massage oil as a medium,the experimental group used Yiqi Sanjie ointment as a massage medium.Each 30 minutes,once every other day,three times a week,two weeks for a course of treatment,a total of three courses of treatment.The two groups were evaluated at the same time point and place,and the results were recorded,that is,at the time of enrollment and after the end of three treatment courses.The assessment contents included general conditions,score of muscular torticollis in infants with tumor(ROT deficits,side flexion deficits,craniofacial asymmetry,residual band,SCM tumor size,head tilt,subjective assessment by parents,ultrasound performance,and so on).All the data were analyzed by Microsoft excel 2016 and IBM SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Result 1.Comparison of general conditions between the two groups of childrenBefore enrollment,there was no statistically significant difference in gender and age between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),suggesting comparability.2.The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared between the two groupsBefore admission,there were no statistically significant differences in the total scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups,ROT deficits,side flexion deficits,craniofacial asymmetry,residual band,SCM tumor size,head tilt,subjective assessment by parents,and ultrasound performance(P > 0.05),suggesting comparability.After 3 course of treatment,compared with the group,experimental group and control group in the ROT deficits,Side flexion deficits,Craniofacial asymmetry,Residual band,SCM tumor size,head tilt,subjective assessment by parents,ultrasound performance and total scores,the comparison of the grading indexes difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistically significant difference in craniofacial asymmetry and head tilt(P > 0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in other indicators(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups after 3 courses of treatmentIn the experimental group,25 cases were cured(83.33%),5 cases were improved(16.67%),0 cases were ineffective(0%),and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,18 cases(60.00%)were cured,10 cases(33.33%)were improved,and 2 cases(6.67%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.No adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusions1 Yiqi Sanjie ointment has no acute toxic reaction,allergic reaction or stimulation reaction on the skin,indicating that Yiqi Sanjie ointment has no adverse reaction when applied externally and is safe in clinical application.2.Both Yiqi Sanjie ointment and conventional massage have curative effects on muscular torticosity of infants with tumor,and Yiqi Sanjie ointment has better effect on improving ROT deficits,side flexion deficits,residual band,SCM tumor size,subjective assessment by parents,and ultrasound performance.3.Yiqi Sanjie ointment acts on the tumor type muscular torticollis in infants through the way of cream rubbing,which may play a synergistic synergistic effect of massage manipulation and drug superposition through drug transdermal absorption,promoting the dissipation of the tumor,which is worthy of further clinical exploration and research.
