Purpose Through the clinical study on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc h erniation(blood stasis group)by restoring the lumbar spine and buttocks three points,to explore the effect and clinical effect of the method of restoring the l umbar spine and buttocks three points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniatio n(blood stasis blood group). Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 3)and control group(n = 30),which were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 3)and the control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with the method of restoring lumbar spine and buttocks, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. All the patients were treated once a day,5 times as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment,a total of10 times.Low back pain(JOA)was used to evaluate lumbar function, visual analogue score(VAS)was used to evaluate pain, clinical trial data were collected at the end of treatment, and a course of treatment was given before treatment. The clinical efficacy of two courses of treatment was analyzed and evaluated.Results1.The general data such as sex,age and other items of the two groups were compared with the SPSS10.0 software before treatment(P> 0.05)and were comparable.2.The results of comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment were as follows:Intra-group comparison:(1)Treatment group: before treatment, one course of treatment, treatment of two courses of VAS score comparison,non-parametric rank sum test analysis,p value < 0.05,there was significant statistical difference.(2)Control group: before treatment, the VAS scores of one course of treatment and two courses of treatment were compared by non-parametric rank sum test(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: The results of one course of treatment and two courses of treatment in the treatment group and the control group were compared by non-parametric rank sum test(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The results of comparison of JOA scores before and after treatment were as follows:Intra-group comparison:(1)Treatment group: before treatment, one course of treatment, treatment of two courses of JOA comprehensive score comparison, paired sample t test analysis,p value < 0.05,there was significant statistical difference.(2)Control group: before treatment, one course of treatment, two courses of treatment of JOA comprehensive score comparison, paired sample t test analysis,p value < 0.05,there was significant statistical difference.Comparison between groups: One course of treatment and two courses of JOA scores were compared between the two groups. The independent sample t test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).4.Results in the treatment group,7 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90%,while in the control group,4 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 80%.The results of nonparametric rank sum test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusion1.Both methods can gradually improve patients’ pain symptoms and reduc e pain grade effectively, but the effect of restoring lumbar spine and buttocks i s faster, and the effect is significantly better than that of conventional acupunct ure.2.Both methods can effectively improve the function of lumbar spine, but the three-point method of restoring lumbar spine and buttocks can improve th e function of lumbar spine quickly, which is significantly better than that of ro utine acupuncture group.3.Both methods have curative effect on lumbar disc herniation(blood stas is group),but the comprehensive curative effect of the method of restoring lum bar spine and buttocks three points is obviously better than that of routine acu puncture group, and it is worth popularizing clinical use. |
