Clinical Study On The Effect Of Qihuang Yifei Mixture On The Immune Function Of AECOPD Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:By observing the effect of Qihuang Yifei Mixture on the immune function of patients with AECOPD lung-qi deficiency syndrome and its clinical efficacy,the clinical efficacy of the treatment regimen was further summarized,which provided a clinical basis for the treatment of AECOPD with Qihuang Yifei Mixture.method:72 patients with AECOPD pulmonary-kidney-qi deficiency syndrome who were eligible for inclusion were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of admission,36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment with Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Xihuang Yifei Mixture on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine.The course of treatment was10 days.The relevant immunological indicators,lung function,blood gas analysis and TCM syndrome scores were recorded before and after treatment,and the related safety indexes of the two groups during the treatment were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.result:1.Of the 72 patients,10 were shedding,1 was excluded,and 61 were effective.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the test（P>0.05）,which was comparable.2.The total curative effect of the two groups after treatment was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving total T lymphocytes and Th（P<0.05）.The therapeutic effect of Ts was lower in the two groups（P>0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving IgG and IgM（P<0.05）,the two groups increased the efficacy of IgA（P>0.05）.4.The FEV1/FVC and FEV1/predicted values were significantly improved in both groups（P<0.01）.The FEV1/FVC in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）;the FEV1/predicted value of the two groups was equivalent（P>0.05）.5.Both groups could significantly improve arterial PaO₂ and significantly reduce arterial PaCO₂（P<0.01）.The treatment group was superior to the control group（P<0.05）.6.The CAT scores were significantly lower in both groups（P<0.01）.The treatment group was superior to the control group（P<0.05）.Both groups could significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndromes（P<0.01）.The treatment group was better than the control group.Group（P<0.05）.7.There were no significant changes in liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination before and after treatment in the two groups.in conclusion:Qihuang Yifei Mixture can significantly improve serum total T lymphocytes,Th and IgG,IgM immune function indicators in patients with AECOPD pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome;significantly improve FEV1/FVC,arterial PaO₂;reduce CAT score,arterial PaCO₂,No obvious adverse reactions and side effects occurred during the treatment.Tip:Qihuang Yifei Mixture can enhance the immune function,improve ventilation function and systemic symptoms of AECOPD patients with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome,and it is safe for clinical application.
