Correlation Between Psychological Pain And Post-traumatic Growth In Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective(1)To know the current situation of the psychological distress and post-traumatic growth of the lung cancer patients in Jingzhou;(2)To discuss the relation between psychological distress and post-traumatic growth of the lung cancer patients;(3)To research the influence factors of the psychological distress in lung cancer patients;(4)To provide theory evidence for us to increase the post-traumatic growth level of lung cancer patients.Methods Using the convenience sample to choose the patients who diagnosed with lung cancer from December,2017 to April,2018,Using the General information questionnaire,DMSM,C-PTGI to investigate general information,psychological distress situation,post-traumatic growth situation and the possible influence factors of psychological distress.Using the SPSS19.0 to log in and analysis,Using th Pearson to discuss the relation between psychological distress and post-traumatic growth of the lung cancer patients;Using the One-way AVOA and multiple linear regression to research the influence factor of the psychological distress in lung cancer patients.Results A total of 140 questionnaires were distributed,and 138 pieces recovered,the effective recovery rate is 98.6%.The results are as follows:(1)The psychological distress score of lung cancer is(4.14±2.93),which is in the middle level.The patients of none、light、middle、weigh、extreme psychological distress are constituents of 17.4%、31.9%、26.1%、21.7%、2.9%.The significant frequency of psychological distress(DT≥4)was 50.7%。The main PL causes of lung cancer psychological distress ranking in the top 10 were economic problems(57.2%)、surrounding environment(54.3%)、take food(33.3%)、fatigue(32.6%)、physical activity restriction(31.2%)、nausea(29.7%)、sleep(27.5%)、pain(26.8%)、 constipation(22.5%)、indigestion(21%),the main problems of patients are practical problems and physical problems.(2)The PTG score of lung patients is(65.29±14.15),the score index is 65.29%,which is in the middle level,the score of each dimension from high to low are reflection on life、mental change、new possibilities、personal ability、interpersonal relationships。(3)The Pearson correlation analysis showed that:The score of psychological distress was middle negtively correlated with the C-PTGI score(r=0.321,P<0.05);The psychological distress was middle negatively correlated with the personal ability and reflections on life,and low negatively correlated with interpersonal relationships、new possibilities and mental change。(4)The One-way AVOA and multiple linear regression showed that:whether or not to increase exercise after illness、stage during follow-up、sex、economic problems and surrounding environment are the influence factor of psychological distress of lung cancer patients.Conclusion The psychological distress of lung cancer patients was middle level,and most of the patients have evidence psychological distress,the main problems to cause the psychological distress are practical problems and physical problems;The post-traumatic growth level of the lung cancer patients is middle;The score of psychological distress was middle negatively correlated with the C-PTGI score,which mean the patients who had higher psychological distress level,the post-traumatic growth level will be lower,and will be higher in contrast;The psychological distress of lung cancer patients are influenced by many factors,we should use integrated interventions in base of evidence to reduce the psychological distress of lung cancer patients,and rise the post-traumatic growth level.
