Analysis Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Of Children With Asthma

Objective: To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine constitution and dangerous factors of 3-6 years old children with asthma,analyze the distribution of the TCM constitution,study the types of dangerous TCM constitution in asthma,and explore the correlation between dangerous factors and dangerous constitution in 3-6 years old children with asthma,In order to find reliable evidence and new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine individualized prevention and treatment of asthma in 3-6 years old children.Methods: A total of 138 3-6 years old asthmatic children who were hospitalized in Dalian Children’s Hospital and 100 healthy children of the same age from June 2017 to June 2018 were investigated,Including Individual allergic factors,family allergic factors,mode of production,mode of feeding,premature delivery.The characteristics of the Chinese medicine constitution of 3-6 years old asthmatic children and healthy children were analyzed.through logistic multivariate regression analysis to explore the type of risk constitution of 3-6 years old asthmatic children and the correlation between risk factors and risk constitution of 3-6 years old asthmatic children.Result: 1.Among 138 3-6 years old children with asthma,66(47.83%)had lung deficiency,64(46.38%)had special temperament and 38(27.54%)had peaceful quality.In 100 healthy children,peaceful quality 70,accounting for 70%,lung deficiency 13,accounting for 13%,liver more,damp heat,yin deficiency and internal heat,respectively accounting for 5%,The main constitutions of 3-6 years old asthmatic children were lung deficiency,special temperament and peaceful quality,p < 0.05,and there was significant difference between the healthy children and the 3-6 years old asthmatic children.2.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lung insufficiency,spleen insufficiency and special temperament were positively correlated with childhood asthma(p< 0.05),which was a dangerous constitution for 3-6 years old children with asthma.3.The individual allergy history,family allergy history,mode of production,feeding mode,premature delivery were compared with healthy group,The difference of eczema,urticaria,rhinitis,family allergy history,premature delivery and healthy group was statistically significant(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in cesarean section and non-exclusive breastfeeding between asthma group and healthy group(p > 0.05).4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis of asthma dangerous factors and asthma dangerous constitutions showed that rhinitis was positively correlated with lung insufficiency,eczema,urticaria,rhinitis were positively correlated with special temperament(p < 0.05),which were dangerous factors for special temperament.There was no correlation between the dangerous factors and spleen insufficiency(p > 0.05,no statistical significance).Conclusion: 1.The distribution of TCM constitution in 3-6 years old asthmatic children is different from that in healthy children,which is biased.The most common constitution of 3-6 years old asthmatic children are lung deficiency,special temperament and peaceful quality.Among them,lung deficiency,special temperament are more than healthy children,and peaceful quality,less than healthy children.2.Children’s asthma is related to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.lung deficiency,spleen deficiency and special temperament are the dangerous constitutions of 3-6 years old asthmatic children 3.The personal allergic history of asthmatic children is correlated with the risk constitution,among which rhinitis is the dangerous factor of lung insufficiency;eczema,urticaria and rhinitis are the dangerous factors of special temperament...
