The Clinical Research On Alzheimer’s Disease Of Kidney Essence Deficiency Treated With Yizhi Chidai Recipe

Objective: to observe the effect of Yizhi Chidai recipe on the score of MMSE scale and TCM symptom scale by observing the effect of Yizhi Chidai recipe on AD of kidney essence deficiency type to determine whether it can improve the cognitive function and TCM symptoms of AD patients.To evaluate the efficacy of Yizhi Chidai recipe in treating of AD with deficiency of kidney essence and to evaluate the efficacy of Yizhi Chidai prescription in the treatment of kidney essence deficiency type AD.Methods: This study is collected from December 2017 to December 2018,66 cases of AD with renal deficiency were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and met the inclusion criteria.66 cases of AD with renal essence deficiency met the inclusion criteria.Strictly according to the random Numbers,the two groups were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:2.There were 2 cases of disorganization in the experiment.Control group: donepezil hydrochloride,treatment group: Yizhi Chidai recipe and donepezil hydrochloride,The course of treatment is 3 months,before and after treatment,the MMSE scale and the quantitative grading table of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were scored,and the safety indicators were detected at two time points before and after treatment.vital signs(body temperature,blood pressure,respiration,pulse,heart rate),routine blood and urine routine.Liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram.Observe and record the adverse reactions during the period,the final data are collated and statistically analyzed to arrive at the conclusion.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline data such as gender,age and education level(P > 0.05),so it was comparable,(2)The difference in MMSE score between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There was quantitative scores of TCM symptoms were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)There was significant difference in the curative effect of MMSE between the two groups(P < 0.05).The total curative effect of TCM syndrome was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yizhi Chidai prescription can significantly improve the cognitive function of AD patients with deficiency of kidney essence,(2)Yizhi Chidai prescription enable to obviously improve the TCM symptoms of AD patients with kidney essence deficiency type.(3)The clinical curative effect of Yizhi Chidai prescription combined with western medicine in treating AD with deficiency of kidney essence is remarkable.At present,Chinese and Western medicine treat a reasonable treatment method can be considered among patients with D.Key words: the clinical study of the deficiency of the kidney essence and deficiency of the Alzheimer’s disease in the dementia.
