Clinical Observation On Warming Needling Yongquan Point For Treatment Of Dementia Due To Deficiency Of Kidney Essence

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture Yongquan point on dementia of deficiency deficiency type,and to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment of kidney deficiency deficiency dementia.Methods:In this study,60 patients were divided into two groups by random grouping,and all the patients were divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were given warm acupuncture Yongquan points and traditional acupuncture points(referring to the dementia acupoint in the"13th Five-Year" planning textbook):Yongquan point(bilateral).The two groups all were acupuncture 6 days,rest 1 days,1 weeks for 1 days,1 weeks for a course of treatment and four consecutive treatment four.A course of treatment.The scores of MMSE,ADL and SDSVD scale before and after treatment were applied to the experiment,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to conduct experimental study.Results:In the treatment group,the MMSE,ADL and SDSVD scales of VD patients were improved with the traditional acupuncture method and traditional acupuncture method.The difference was significant(P<0.05)compared with the traditional acupuncture method in the control group.The conclusions are as follows:1.Warm needling Yongquan point combined with traditional acupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of kidney essence deficiency VD.2.Temperature acupuncture and moxibustion at Yongquan point combined with the traditional acupuncture method in the treatment of kidney essence deficiency type VD is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment of kidney essence deficiency syndrome VD.
