The Clinical Observation Of Diyin Prescription Cold Compression In The Treatment Of Rosacne

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Diyin Decoction in the treatment of rosacea,in order to provide new ideas for the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea.Methods: Seventy-eight patients with rosacea diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to February 2019 were divided into three groups: A,B and C,with 26 cases in each group.Group A: local silver cold compress plus Metronidazole Gel external application;group B: local silver cold compress;group C:Metronidazole Gel coating,basic prescription: Yinhua Decoction plus prescription,one dose daily,morning and evening,three groups of patients were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy was observed on third,fifth,seventh days after treatment,and subjective and objective indexes were recorded,the scores before and after treatment and clinical effects were recorded.Results:(1)Baseline data: There was no significant difference among the three groups in terms of ethnicity,sex,occupation,age and course of disease(P > 0.05).(2)The clinical efficacy of the three groups: 3 cases were cured in group A(3.85%),21 cases were markedly effective(26.92%),0 cases in group B(0.00%),15 cases were markedly effective(19.23%),1 case was cured in group C(1.28%)and 7 cases were markedly effective(8.97%).The number of patients cured and markedly effective in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C(P < 0.001).(3)There was no statistical difference in the total score before treatment among the three groups(P > 0.05);after treatment,the total score and the total curative effect index were compared: after treatment,the total score and the total curative effect index were found to have statistical difference among the three groups(P < 0.001);after treatment,the total score and the total curative effect index were better in Group A than in Group B and Group C;(4)The observation index was compared.Conditions: Drying score: 7 days after treatment,there were significant differences among the three groups(P < 0.05);for two groups,there were significant differences between group A and group C(P < 0.05).Burning score: 7 days after treatment,there was significant difference among the three groups(P < 0.05);for twogroups,there was significant difference between group A and group B,and there was significant difference between group A and group C(P < 0.05).Scores of itching,prickling,erythema,papule pustules and telangiectasia: 7 days after treatment,itching,prickling,erythema,papule pustules and telangiectasia showed significant difference in time factors(P < 0.05),that is,with the increase of treatment time,the score showed a downward trend.There was no significant difference among the three groups(P > 0.05).(5)Adverse reactions: 2 cases in group C had skin rash aggravation and skin irritation.Conclusions:(1)The improvement of subjective indicators(dryness,burning)in group A is better than that in group B and C,that is,the clinical efficacy of combined drugs is better than that of single drugs.(2)Subjective indicators(pruritus,prickling)and objective indicators(erythema,papules,pustules and telangiectasia)of group A,B and C all improved on the third,fifth and seventh day of treatment,but there was no significant difference among the three groups on the third,fifth and seventh day of treatment.In a word,Diyin Fang has certain curative effect on improving subjective indexes(dryness and burning)in the treatment of rosacea,and it is safe and reliable.
