| Objective:The purpose of this study is to summarize the academic experience of Professor Zhu Jiying in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic cholecystitis.On the basis of the application of metformin combined with acarbose,the effect of Dan Ning tablet with liver dredging and clearing heat on the clinical symptoms and test indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic cholecystitis was added to observe the effect of the combination of Dan Ning tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and chronic cholecystitis with liver and bile heat syndrome.Methods:From November 1,2016 to November 5,2017,a total of 78 hospitalized patients who were hospitalized in the hospital of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with type 2 diabetes and chronic cholecystitis,and normal insulin secretion during hospitalization,during hospitalization and during the hospitalization and in the course of study,were treated with metformin combined with acarbose and unused insulin.After screening,58 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the experimental group(30 cases in the combined Dan Ning group),and 28 cases in the control group(combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules).In the two groups,8 cases were shedding,and the last 50 cases were completed.On the basis of diabetes health education and high quality low protein diet(0.8g/kg.d),proper exercise,application of metformin combined with acarbose,the experimental group was treated with bannin tablets and the control group with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules.The two groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.By comparing the changes of the related observation indexes before and after the treatment,the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was observed.Chronic cholecystitis combined with liver and gallbladder dampness heat syndrome.Results:The study found that the experimental group added with dannin tablet was more significant than that of the Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules control group in the clinical symptoms,signs,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,and so on.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.2%,far higher than that of the control group(60.6%).The 2 indexes of body emaciation and abdominal distention in the experimental group were obviously improved,and the curative effect was better than those in the control group.There was a significant difference between fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group,compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Dan Ning tablet can significantly promote blood lipid metabolism,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol have significant changes in treatment(P < 0.01).In terms of VAS score,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).The study shows that Dan Ning tablet can relieve gallbladder inflammation,restore the function of gallbladder epithelial cells,promote bile excretion,improve insulin resistance,reduce blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipids,and improve clinical symptoms.Conclusion:For the patients with type 2 diabetes and chronic cholecystitis with liver and bile heat syndrome,it can reduce the inflammation of the gallbladder,restore the function of the gallbladder epithelial cells,make the bile flow increase,slow down the cholestasis in the bile duct,and reduce the insulin resistance on the other hand,so as to improve the control of blood sugar in the patients with type 2 diabetes and reduce the complications and related diseases to the body.The influence.The effect of Dan Ning tablet on liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome of type 2 diabetes and chronic cholecystitis is accurate,which provides a new idea and choice for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the disease. |
