Clinical Observation On Drug-Separated Moxibustion At The Navel For Quality Of Sleep Of Patients With Aging In Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue granule on patients with deficiency of QI and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of migraine with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: 100 patients with migraine with QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group,treatment group treated orally with Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue granule,and the control group was treated with oral capsule.Oral medicine 4 weeks,observe the number of days of headache attacks,headache episodes,the degree of headache and TCM syndrome scores,while recording adverse events.Results:1.The efficiency of the treatment group was 91.56%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.83%,and the two were statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After treatment group,the number of headache episodes was statistically significant(P<0.01),the number of days after treatment was statistically significant(P01),after treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01);3.After treatment group,the degree of headache(VAS)was statistically significant before treatment(P<0.01),compared with the control group,the degree of headache(VAS)was statistically significant before the treatment(P<0.01),and the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The symptom points of TCM after treatment group were statistically significant before treatment(P01),after treatment,the symptom score of the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the group was more statistically significant(P01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes after treatment group was 87.5%,The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 70.83%,which was statistically significant(P01).Conclusion:1.The Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue granule can reduce the number of headache episodes,the number of headache episodes,the degree of headache and the score of TCM syndromes in patients with QI deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.Jiawei tongqiao huoxue granules for the treatment of migraine patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis and Yu Tianshu capsule.
