Clinical Observation On Acupoints’ Pressure Pain Threshold Sensitization Of Patients With Bronchial Asthma

Purpose: By measuring pain threshold and thermosensitive moxibustion,to explore distribution regularity of pain-sensitive points and thermal-sensitive points from patients with bronchial asthma,to compare differences on distribution regularity of sensitive points.It was expected to reveal regularity of pain sensitization and thermal sensitization from the patients with bronchial asthma,and to provide new ideas for clinical points selecting,and reference for choosing clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods: In this study,60 cases of bronchial asthma were collected,and randomly divided into two groups: pain-sensitive observation group and thermal-sensitive observation group,each with 30 cases.The distribution of pain-sensitive points in asthmatic patients was observed by measuring pain threshold in pain-sensitive observation group.Thermal-sensitive observation group determined distribution of thermal-sensitive points by thermosensitive moxibustion.To compare location differences of sensitive points in the two groups,to analyze the differences of sensitive types in thermal-sensitive group,and to analyze and compare the differences in distribution of pain-sensitive points and thermal-sensitive points from the patients with bronchial asthma.Results:(1)There was significant difference in distribution of acupoint sensitization points and non-acupoint sensitization points between two groups(P<0.05).(2)In thermal-sensitive observation group,the occurrence of different types of thermal sensitivity was significantly different(P<0.05).(3)There were obvious differences on acupoint sensitization and non-acupoint sensitization points between the two groups,but there were significant correlations in the distribution of nerve segments between two groups of sensitized points.Conclusion:(1)Firstly,the two groups both showed significant sensitization phenomenon,which was statistically significant.Secondly,in the distribution of sensitization points,the distribution of acupoints was dominant,indicating that the distribution of sensitization points in patients with bronchial asthma was mainly dominated by acupoint sensitization points.(2)There was no obvious linear relationship between pain-sensitive points and thermal-sensitive points from the patients with bronchial asthma.(3)Both pain-sensitive points and thermal-sensitive points were mainly distributed in bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,in lung meridian of hand-Taiyin,the frequency of occurrence of pain-sensitive points was obviously higher than thermal-sensitive points,and the distribution position was more extensive.The overlap of them was obvious in back acupoints.
