| Objective: To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia before and after treatment, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of anti-branch and detoxification particles combined with azithromycin in treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, phlegm and heat closed syndrome. Methods: 60 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with phlegm heat blocking lung syndrome conforming to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with antidol and Azithromycin combined with azithromycin for 6 days, taking two courses of treatment, combined with azithromycin intravenous drip, intravenous drip for 5 days, stopping for 4 days and 3 days for 12 days. The control group was given azithromycin for 5 days, stopping for 4 days, and then orally 3 days. The observation results were recorded on the twelfth day,and the case observation tables were filled out before and after treatment. Results: in the treatment group,5 cases were controlled,22 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 96.67%,5 cases in the control group,20 cases,3 effective,2 ineffective, and the total effective rate 93.33%.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group. The results showed that anti-branch and Azithromycin combined with azithromycin was better than azithromycin alone in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group and 3 cases of abdominal pain and nausea in the control group. Conclusion: Anti-Jiedu Granule Combined with azithromycin can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, and improve the effect of treatment with less side effects, convenient use and low cost.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
