Clinical Research Of Internal Rectal Prolapse Type Constipation(Qi-deficiency Type) Treated By PPH(Procedure Porprolapse And Hemorrhoids) Combine With Bu Zhong Yi Qi Soup

Aim:To observe the clinic cruative effect of IRPTC(Internal Rectal Prolapse type Constipation)(Qi-deficiency type)treated by PPH(Procedure porprolapse and hemorrhoids)Combine with Bu Zhong Yi Qi Soup.Through a variety of diagnostic criteria and international indicators of this method compared to pure PPH surgery advantages and disadvantages of evaluation.More in-depth excavation combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of rectal anorectal advantages for the treatment of clinical application in the future to provide more academic support.Methods: Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were considered as subjects.The two groups were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with PPH Bu Zhong Yi Qi Soup treatment,the control group treated with simple PPH method.The two groups before and after treatment of symptoms and signs to do a comprehensive analysis to obtain a comprehensive score,including the degree of difficulty in defecation,defecation frequency,single bowel defecation time,defecation feeling and falling bulge,anoscope examination.At the same time in the two groups postoperative pain,wound infection,functional recovery and length of stay in the longitudinal comparison,the statistical analysis of the difference between the two groups were drawn.Results: The curative effect of the combination therapy group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and96.6% in the control group.The effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 56.6%in the control group,the effective rate was 16.7% in the treatment group and 40.0% in the control group,and the inefficiency rate was 0.0%,Control group 3.0%.Based on the above proportion of the results concluded that: PPH surgery Buzhong Yiqi Soup in the treatment of rectal prolapse constipation(Qi-deficiency type)compared with pure PPH surgery more advantages.After comparing the total score of the two groups before and after treatment,it can be seen that the symptom scores of the two groups had statistical significance and significant difference before and after treatment(P <0.05),and the total score of the two groups changed.Although the degree was different,However,it was demonstrated that both the treatment group and the control group were effective in treating rectal prolapse constipation(Qi-deficiency type).Some symptom scores of the two groups such as single defecation time,anal dilatory and endless sense of differences exist and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of postoperative pain,the recovery of anus function,and the wound infection(P> 0.05).By telephone,WeChat and other means of two groups of patients after 6 months and 1 year for a return visit during the visit can be found in the treatment group compared with the control group in the recurrence rate is lower.According to the analysis of variance test,we found that the recurrence of the two groups had statistical significance and significant difference(P <0.05).This shows that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in the long-term efficacy compared to simple surgery has obvious advantages;...
