Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Infantile Purpura Nephritis With Stagnant Heat And Stasis Syndrome By Modified Yiliu Decoction

Objective:To observe the tutor’s experience with prescription of Bixiefenqing clinical curative effect of decoction for the treatment of purpura nephritis of damp heat with blood stasis syndrome,analysis and study of its mechanism for clinical reference.Methods: In this study,60 children with inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by non randomized controlled trial.The two groups were given basic treatment,while the treatment group was given Jiawei Jiaqing Decoction for 8 weeks.The scores of TCM syndrome,24 h urinary protein,urinary albumin,urine sediment red blood cell count,PLT and coagulation function were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.SPSS21.0 was used for data processing to analyze the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)the treatment group was superior to the control group in the total clinical curative effect and the TCM syndrome(P < 0.05).(2)two groups of TCM syndrome total score for 4 weeks,8 weeks was lower than before(P < 0.05),but after 8 weeks of treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing 24 h urinary protein count and urinary sediment red blood cell count(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in improving urinary microalbuminuria(P > 0.05).(4)the improvement of PLT and Fib in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01),and the improvement of D-D and PT were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and APTT had no difference(P > 0.05).(5)safety analysis: the liver function and renal function of the two groups were in the normal range of children before and after the treatment,and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: modified Bixiefenqing decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis of damp heat with blood stasis syndrome,reduce hypercoagulability,reduce urinary albumin,24 hours urine protein and urine red blood cell count,is effective in treating purpura nephritis in damp heat with blood stasis syndrome.
