Objective:To investigate the effects of internet technology on fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),diet control, exercise control, blood glucose monitoring, and hypoglycemia.Method:The Internet Technology Group has downloaded the “Large Sugar Doctor Patient Edition” through WeChat and automatically connected with the “Diabetes Medical Doctor Edition” to conduct Internet technology management.Through the establishment of a large sugar medicine database as a platform, the use of large sugar doctors to record blood sugar Such indicators, the diabetic patients and doctors point to point docking, each patient assigned a dedicated doctor, through the Internet platform doctors can set "individualized" control goals and observation indicators, and guide patients at home for scientific diet, exercise, drug dose adjustment, self Blood glucose monitoring, etc.,to help patients achieve compliance. The control group adopted traditional post-hospital management methods for diabetes and recorded such indicators as blood glucose by notes. Results:There was no difference in baseline general data, physiological parameters,FPG,2hPG,and HbA1 c between the two groups. After 6 months of intervention,FPG,2hPG,and HbA1 c were lower in the internet technology group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);internet technology Group treatment compliance: dietary control, adherence exercise were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);monitoring blood glucose was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01);internet technology group hypoglycemia The incidence was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through the use of Internet technology as a means of intervention in the management of type 2 diabetes patients, the results showed that the diabetic blood glucose compliance rate increased, treatment compliance improved, indicating that Internet technology can improve the overall compliance of diabetic patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
