Primary Study On The Rehabilitation Mechanism Of Internet Addicction Disorder Based On Et Detecting Technology

Objective:To study the feasibility and application perspective of IAD by the rehabilitation treatment. So as to provide new methods and new ideas for the therapy of IAD. By dectecting the changes of neurotransmitter in the brain, to research the neurobiology mechanism of IAD by rehabilitation treatment.Methods:112 patients were collected in our reseach according to IAD diagnostic standard, and divided randomly into 3 groups, which were physiotherapy group, acupuncture group, and psychological group.40 healthy adults were collected as the control group, to establish the control baseline. The patients of the acupuncture group were treated on alternate day for 20 times by stimulating the chinacat, Taichong, Neiguan, and Sanyinjiao by the electric acupuncture apparatus made in Shanghai.The patients of psychological group were treated by the professional staff for 8 times by the cognitive-behavioral therapy. The patients were treated for 30 mins from 4 pm to 5 pm every 5 days. The patients of physiotherapy group were treated by acupuncture treatment and psychotherapy. All above were observed the changes of Symptom points, IAD self-assessment, ZUNG Self-Rating Anxiety, Anfimov and Encephalofluctuograph Technology before and after treatment.Results:After treatment the scores of Symptom points, IAD self-assessment, ZUNG Self-Rating Anxiety, and Anfimov table were all lower than before (P<0.05).S2 was higher than before, but s 11 was lower in the s spectrum in ET (P<0.05). The values of a-competing were higher than before (P<0.05). All of the treatments had curative effect on the IAD, and the physiotherapy was the best. There was significant deviation between physiotherapy group and other groups, but no difference between the acupuncture therapy and the psychological therapy.Conclutions:All of the treatments had curative effect on the IAD, and the physiotherapy was the best, wheras there no differnce between the acupuncture therapy and the psychological therapy. And the neurobiology mechanism of physiotherapy may concerned with elevating the level of glutamic acid and decending the level of dopamine.
