Objective In order to investigate the current status of Emergency Department in the city of binzhou.Analyze the survey result and put forward the corresponding suggestion to the problem.Methods Under the background of grading diagnosis and treatment.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the hospital of Binzhou city.Results Through the investigation we can find that:all hospital emergency system in the form of a half open;Radius of the emergency work is 31-36 km;Emergency department structure is unreasonable,four different level staff ratio is:14.01:8.02:4:1,in basic hospital the proportion is:29.01:15:7:1.All hospital in Binzhou infrastructure is complete,but lacking of expensive equipment.Third Grade Class A Hospitall emergency department physicians accepts the patient number is 28.10 people every day,in basic hospital the number is 14.22.Most of the hospital emergency department in Binzhou lack of professional talents.Only one of the Third Grade Class A Hospital has establish EICU,only half of the grass-roots hospital set up the emergency ward.Conclusion Binzhou is the main object of this investigation.Additionally,through the summary and analysis of problems exposed during the development of emergency department.The authors suggested to build a new medical service system for the problem of Investigation.From the investigation we got lots of descriptive information about the development of emergency department.The lack of resources and specialist physician restricting the development of Emergency Department.
