Background: Non valvular atrial fibrillation(non valvular atrial fibrillation)is an independent risk factor for ischemic encephalopathy, non valvular atrial fibrillation mainly occurs in the elderly, the elderly atherosclerosis is also independent risk factors of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,Thus it can be say there are two Pathogeny for non valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction, one is atrial fibrillation;the other is atherosclerosis。This report is mainly studying on the relationship between different risks of atherosclerosis and non valvular atrial fibrillation cerebral infarction.Purpose: To investigate the relationship between common cardiovascular risk factors and non valvular atrial fibrillation by analyzing the change and correlation between clinical data and biochemical indexes.Materials and Methods: This research adopts the retrospective study design, collected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital diagnosed as atrial fibrillation in acute stroke patients, according to the different factors of atrial fibrillation onset valvular atrial fibrillation is divided(A group)and non valvular atrial fibrillation(B group),each group were statistics clinical information(name, gender, age,BMI,blood pressure, heart rate,BMI,smoking history and NIHSS score)and related biochemical indexes(blood lipids(TC,TG),two DD dimer and platelet content, homocysteine, low density lipoprotein, fibrinogen and BNP),the final analysis of each index in the pathogenesis the role of non valvular atrial fibrillation. Results: Study on the basic clinical data were analyzed and related biochemical indicators found: compared with A group,B group in age, gender, rise in the incidence of blood pressure and diabetes, smoking history,NIHSS score,HbAlc and blood lipid(TC,TG),there was a statistically significant difference D-dimer,platelet and homocysteine and other indicators(P < 0.05);biochemical index the size of the NIHSS score and the further analysis of the B group of cerebral lesions and the difference of the correlation analysis found that among the D-dimer,platelet content,homocysteine,HbA1 C and D-dimer and NIHSS scores showed a significant positive correlation(r = 0.229,0.174,0.135,0.164;P= 0.001,0.012,0.025,0.014);and the size of the lesion in the brain with TC,TG,D-dimer,platelet,homocysteine and HbA1 C levels were positively correlated(r = 0.243,0.163,0.352,0.293,0.145,0.243;P=0.032,0.014,0.001,0.001,0.019,0.001);then,through multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that: in addition to glycerin three greases(TG),age,Long duration of hypentention and diabetes, total cholesterol(TC),D-dimer and platelet content and homocysteine levels and other indicators are independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in patients with nonvalvul atrial fibrillation. Conclusion: The incidence of age, rise in the incidence of blood pressure,diabetes,HbA1 C,TC,TG,D-dimer,platelet and homocysteine content is closely linked with cerebral infarction in patients with nonvalvul atrial fibrillation;and age,Long duration of hypentention and diabetes, total cholesterol(TC),D-dimer and platelet content and homocysteine levels and other indicators are independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in patients with nonvalvul atrial fibrillation.Witch can be use to access the risk of cerebral infarction in patients with nonvalvul atrial fibrillation.
