The Clinical Effect Observation Of Local "Aligned Point-through-Point Acupuncture" Combined With Auricular Points To Improve Abdominal-line Of Patients With Abdominal Adipose Tissue Depots

Objective: This study in patients with abdominal adipose tissue depots as the research object,and treated with simple diet control,observing row sting method combined system simple abdominal obesity treatment for their body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,visceral fat content before and after the change,compare two methods of treatment for simple abdominal obesity curative effects,to evaluate the treatment the clinical curative effect of row sting method to merge the points,compliance and safety,for the clinical treatment of simple abdominal obesity provide new idea and method.Methods: It will be included in the standard of 70 patients with abdominal adipose tissue depots were randomly divided into row thorn merge the points(treatment group)and simple control diet(control group),each group of 35 cases.Treatment group to the abdomen along the ren meridian,stomach and spleen by the tired,after selecting the points endocrine,such as the thalamus,the brain,and famine points of positive points,treatment 3 times a week,10 times for 1 course of treatment,treatment 3 procedures;The control group to the simple diet control.This study chooses body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,visceral fat content as objective evaluation index,respectively before and after treatment to observe changes of the two sets of each index,to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:1.The baseline,the two groups were comparable.2.The treatment group and control group according to the results: after 3 course of treatment,body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,visceral fat index compared with before treatment were significantly decreased(p < 0.05);Treatment group for body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,the improvement of the indexes,visceral fat content is better than that of control group(p < 0.05).3.After 3 course of treatment,the treatment group on the total effective rate is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);Two groups of security and compliance are good.Conclusions:Row sting method combined ear treatment and simple control diet both kinds of treatments for patients with simple abdominal obesity has treatment effect,and the body weight,body mass index(bmi),waist circumference,body fat percentage,visceral fat indexes were obviously improved,the treatment group is better than the control group.Row sting method to merge the points higher than simple diet control the total effective rate of treatment,and of high security and compliance.
