Purpose:To ecompete clinical effect, safety and compliance of therapeutic methods of motional needling on motion pain point and conventional acupuncture for periarthritis of shoulder. To provide a method of treating periathritis of shoulder. To promote the use of motion pain spot and motional needling. Methods:Under random distribution, contrast research method,72 patients of periathritis of shoulder were divided into treatment group and control group on average.Result:1.There was on statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between two groups in terms of gender, age, course of disease and scores of Visual analogue and Constant-Murley.2.Two groups had significant differences compared with their own respectively based on Visual analogue(VAS),Constant-Murley(CSM)before and after(P<0.05).3.After 2 courses of treatment, there was significant differences between two groups based on the daily activity, range of motion score(P<0.05).In terms of VAS,the pain score and muscle power in Constant-Murley,there was no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).4.Two groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in improvement rate of CSM,with comparability.Conclusion:1.Both motional needling on moion spot and conventional acupuncture had curative effects on periarthritis of shoulder.2.Motional needling on motion pain poin had better curative effect on improving the daily activity and range of motion score in Constant-Murly of periarthritis of shoulder patients than conventional acupuncture.Motional needling on motion pain and conventional acupancture had equal curative effect on relieving pain and improving muscle power.3.Motional needling on motion pain poin had better improvement rate of the CSM than conventional acupancture.4.Both of the two needling therapies had good compliance and safe curative effect in patients.
