| Objective:The clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling in treatment of adherent periarthritis of shoulder.was observed under the guidance of TCM theory to verify the accuracy and scientificity of acupuncture combined with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling in treatment of adherent periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: The clinical data collected from The fourth clinical medical school of xinjiang medical university acupuncture 、 orthopedics department outpatient and ward around 64 cases of periarthritis of shoulder patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups,Ordinary acupuncture group 32 cases(control group)and acupuncture plus Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group 32 cases(treatment group),5 days for a period of treatment,Together after 2 courses of treatment, using VAS(pain)score,Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score,to observe patients degree of pain relief, and shoulder joint activities to improve the situation,so as to evaluate two kinds of treatments for adhesion period the overall effect of periarthritis of shoulder, and safety assessment. Results: Four of the 64 patients(2 in the treatment group and 2 in the control group)were taken out during the treatment, and 30 cases were included in the two groups after treatment. After two sessions of treatment,(1)compare two groups of VAS scores before and after the treatment, compared with before treatment, after treatment of two groups of VAS score before treatment were lower(P < 0.05),but the treatment group and control group after treatment VAS pain score more significant difference(P < 0.01);(2)Comparison of Constant—Murley scores before and after treatment in two groups:Compared to before treatment,Two groups after treatment Constant—Murley The scoreswere lower than before(P<0.05),However,there was a significant difference Constant—Murley score between the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P<0.01).(3)Overall efficacy: total efficiency: the treatment group(93.33%)was superior to the control group(76.67%).(4)There is no obvious adverse reactions observed in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling to treat adherent periarthritis of shoulder can better relieve shoulder pain, improve shoulder joint activity range, and its clinical effect is more significant, better effect, and worth promoting in clinical practice. |
